Very elegant and well made solution for your projector. Its good to see young people taking the time and trouble to produce things from scratch, I have mentioned to my 12 year old daughter that she'd do well to have a look at your videos. It might just spark an interest for her. Thanks, Mike from the UK.
wow! not only the build is great, but the cinematography on this video is fantastic! no doubt why it's buzzing on the internet the past few days! Thx Laura! I love what you're doing and you're definitly going to be big in the game (or bigger!!)
So... If I got it right watching your videos, you're like the evolution of Jimmy Diresta. Great woodworking, photography and editing. Now I will spread the word here in Brazil.
Great to see people like you, starting their own business while combining art, design, and craftsmanship in such a great way ... :) Thanks for giving us wonderful insights into your work.
Laura- I look forward to waking up every Sunday to see what you've delivered! Never disappointed! I really enjoyed seeing your sketch/concept/notebook even if it was just for a second. Love your work girl!
Thank you for unbelievably beautiful videos to watch and get inspiration from... Simple, elegant, and educational... Your cinematography/editing is perfection!!!
This was extremely interesting to watch and makes me appreciate what an art this is. I work on CNC machines which cut metal, wood, plastic and other materials into pretty much anything but seeing this done by hand is so beautiful.
Lovely piece, everything neat & tidy till needed in a delightful box with the elegance of dovetails & flush set hinges & all by chisel, not using even a hand router. Something to make one feel proud when ever seen & then transforming in to the magic of large wall images from projected light.
The subtlety in your videos is captivating. Nice work on the box too!

Sooo geil! Ich bin echt begeistert, mit was für einer Professionalität du sowohl deine Arbeiten ausführst als auch die Videos machst. Das macht wirklich Spass, da zuzuschauen!
Awesome idea! Love the cleanliness and simple look of no television, and the added bonus that it is now completely portable in its own little setup! May have to borrow this one day!
I love the wood work and design of this one. Really simple materials, but beautiful end product. And I found the video really therapeutic, though it made me want to buy a set of chisels...
Hiya, great build, again... I loved the flight-case handles, they brought back some fantastic memories. Perfect job of work dear lady, here's to many, many more!
after watching this video I can see how I can make my project better how you used the wood chisle and wood blocks to make sure your dovetails are perfect your my favorite RUclipsr and April Wilkerson
Wow! Its really amazing seeing you do dove tails with just hand tools, no power tools! So much patience and control. You inspire me to do the same! :-)
I love the trick where you glued a wood screw to a bolt to find the centers of the holes for mounting the beamer. I can see some use for that in my own builds.
Glad to see someone else playing a PS3 in 2017. So many great games that were once $60 can now be bought for $5 in most cases. While everyone else panic sells for current gen hardware, I'm hitting the jackpot.
Nice build, that's a great piece of wall art and very practical too! I like the dovetail jig you used, my first time seeing that kind. You made the build look so effortless and well planned out!
Wunderbar! This is a great project, you have a rare skill for beautiful design work and skills to match. I also think your video production is the best of any maker on youtube. I look forward to more videos.
Whenever I think "there is no way I can edit more out of this, I guess it is just a 10 minute video" I need to come back and watch the master at work. Nice project, and great edit into just 6 minutes!
Good Morning Laura. Great idea, great build. I like your power tools (will your saw take a dado stack?) but I really enjoy your use of hand tools. Great takeaway from this video - using a piece of scrap as an edge guide while chiseling. I'll remember that one!
I love the attention to detail, the flush mounted hardware, pass through connectors, and those dovetails joints so beautifully done....looks great
How can someone be that talanted in both woodworking AND videoproduction? Really incredible!
And metalwork ! 8-) Great work!!!
and drawing! XD
I am 100% okay with this kind of native advertising. Non-intrusive, feels natural. Very nicely done!

This video reminded me so much of doing woodwork at school, the way you marked out and cut the dovetails.
Hand-cut dovetails, wow, you are patient and skilled! Very beautiful.

Incredibly hypnotic crafting.
Bravo.
It must be so satisfying to build something like that from scratch, just with an idea in your head and some raw pieces of wood!
it really is!
The editing and lighting alone is simply orgasmic. Cool builds too. Good stuff.

That is very cool idea Laura. I like how you added the power so it could be unhooked and no wires.
Really love the end result. Also great idea of using a projector instead of a TV, I should incorporate this in my small apartment.
Great to see you challenging yourself , like with the hand cut dovetails. Awesome!! Good idea and another sweet video ....Thanks
I think I just said this to David Picciuto, but I love custom solutions to highly specific problems. Great job.

transferring those projector mounts, with the screws glued on was a great idea. thanks.
I love the trick where you glued a wood screw to a bolt to find the centers of the holes for mounting the beamer. I can see some use for that in my own builds.
Such a cool project and video! So nice to see you use your "desk" for some handtool woodworking. Nice dovetails!
Glad to see someone else playing a PS3 in 2017. So many great games that were once $60 can now be bought for $5 in most cases. While everyone else panic sells for current gen hardware, I'm hitting the jackpot.
