Jason Milton I was very much in a similar position. I think my conservative family definitely had something to do with it and all the conservative RUclips channels back in 2016 were so relentless. I think over the past two years I’ve definitely progressed and have become a more analytical person, and although my parents are still conservative, I think I can now say I’ve found a comfortable side of politics more on the left.

Cornelius Agrippa Yeah I think most Americans would hate the corporate establishment and it‘s honestly such a shame that someone like Biden could be the front runner for the Democratic nomination. In my opinion, if Biden wins the nomination there’s absolutely no way he can beat Trump; it’s basically just going back to 2016 Clinton v. Trump. I would think the most progressive left wingers in America would align more with Bernie Sanders and the idea of Social Democracy/Democratic Socialism. I think that Bernie actually reaches out pretty well and conveys his points brilliantly to people who are more conservative i.e the Fox News town hall. Since my parents constantly watch Fox I got to hear their opinions after and they actually thought Bernie said pretty good things but again reverted back to the talking point among conservatives about „socialism never works“ and whatnot. I really wish this country had a multiple party system like in Europe where you can really choose the political party that you fit in with the most instead of lumping literally everyone together into either Democrat or Republican.
I hope you love this total creep when you find yourself penniless - being charged to pay for everyone else. People want this old thug - because they're lazy and feel entitled to free stuff - which is paid for by people who work for what they get.

@Tony Mario , Bernie has been #2, 3, or 4 in most polls and the polls will keep changing because it is still early. What counts more, is the # of individuals who donate $ and the # of people who have signed up to volunteer. This is a stronger indicator of how solid his support is. He is way ahead in these 2 factors.

Why no one uses this economic argument to discuss immigration: When an adult immigrant comes to your country. He starts to work almost immediately. So he starts paying taxes immediately. But your country did not pay for his education and health care when he was a child. So for your country it is economically advantageous for immigrants to come. Next point. When your country has full employment. So the easiest way to have a richer country is to have more people paying taxes.
NE MOXX You are wrong when illegal immagrants are working in the US they don't pay taxes they don't have SSN to do so they get paid without being taxed because they are not legal citizens which hurts SSI because there are no taxes by the illegals being put back into the system.

In most developed countries, the population is shrinking. The US has the benefits of having a constant influx of new motivated workers.
