Ayo, the colorway is better than any real one
A tip from a graphic designer and someone who used to dye lacrosse heads. Youll need to use blue as a base first then black on top of it, otherwise black comes out as purple or grayer than expecting. You can also add blue dye to the black dye to help it come out darker/blacker

@JustNel o nice best of luck to you. Make sure you go real concentrated, easier to dilute then going the other way around unless you get extra dye. Best part about black is you can always try again if it's not dark enough

I got the metallic color instead of the purple like in this video so I’m hoping to go really dark.. still much cheaper than getting a size 13 triple black 😂
@JustNel if the materials breathable then it should pick up the color, but any plasticy coating or flakes, like the 700 logo and accents, you can see only picked up some color and can be hit or miss how much it'll dye.
@@Snowcruizer Im ok with how the 700 logo ended up. Makes it look better. Going to be using these to wear dark sneakers for work so its a great alternative to spending 300$ But again i appreciate the tip you mentioned before. Will add all 3 bottles to make sure it ends up dark. My next mission is to find something to actually dye them in lol
I used the RIT synthetic dye on my V2 "Bones". I used a top secret blend and they came out awesome. The different materials on the shoe absorbed the dye differently. Almost like cobalt blue for the the sole and baby blue/tiffany blue throughout the upper depending on the material. I get a lot of comments on them at the airport and mall asking me what the colorway it is?!

@@neel1705 The only step I did not follow was to use a high % alcohol along the edge of the sole and upper material to remove any excess adhesive. The dye absorbed into the adhesive kind of strong, but you would have to be holding the shoe or laying on the ground to see it.

i think they meant that it just looks like a washed black and not a deep solid black, so just the color looks aged but not the material. i think lol
I was actually going to get rid off them I pay the 200+ when they drop last year but I may just do this instead they look good.
