    Front load washers are much deeper in dimension than top loaders. Make sure you consider this for your space.

    Very informative. Problem I have is that the manufactures keep making machines larger and DEEPER. I had a Neptune front loader, worked like a workhorse and finally died. One I had to have it looked at. I want front load but I have a limit on built in space. Depth I can only have 34.5” , Machine and 6” for hook up.28.25 depth on machine. Most now exceed this. It’s hard to find one to fit.(front load) I can’t reach bottom of most top load washers. I have to have the smaller cubic feet on a top load. I want machine to drain good. I would probably go with agitator I have heard bad things on other types I wish manufactures could just go back a little. HUGE is not always best. I want wash, good spin, good dry. Not brain surgery
    I just don’t know what to do.
    But I like how you explained they differences.

      Our favorite front load pair is Electrolux, cleans well and is reasonably priced. If you prefer top load, check out Maytag or Fisher & Paykel units. If you have more questions or want more details contact us here: factorybuilderstores.com/get-a-quote/. Thanks!

      Does F&P still make top loading dryers? I regret giving the one I had to my sister, who needed a new dryer asap, 10 yrs ago. Although my Bosch dryer has been great & reliable. I loved how the F&P reversed spin directions. I never had to iron, not even dress shirts.

    My condo can only produce 120v power and uses electric. This video says to use an electric dryer, it requires a 240v outlet. But what if the electric dryer I am looking at is 120v. Does this mean I still need a 240v outlet?

    • @imlkrsfn
      @imlkrsfn 3 года назад +1

      A 120v electric dryer is available but rare. It doesn't get anywhere as hot as a 240v dryer or a gas dryer and will take much much longer to dry. Not recommended unless you absolutely have no other choice.

    Block FBS Kitchens due to autoplay. You should have turned it off by default!
    It took me almost ten minutes to find your infuriating tab and shut it off. I have to keep the sound turned on. You interrupted what I was doing and infuriated me to no end trying to find which tab was playing.
    I have it turned off in the app, but the browser does not pay any attention to the fact that autoplay is also turned off there as well.
    Now you're blocked due to not having autoplay turned off!

    You say nothing about durability and dependability. Yet that is pretty much the most important factor in deciding which washer is best. Also why no mention of brand names? If you truly know about washers then you would know which brands are the most durable, perform best, etc. Yet you say nothing.

    The problem is none of these machines are built with any quality. The washing machines of our parents generation lasted 20 years plus. You will pay anywhere from 700 to over 1500 for these machines and they won’t last eight years. They should stop trying to make machines with all the bells and whistle‘s and simply makes ones that wash clothes.
