- This time we are with an old friend of mine and his partner to install a new drainage and new building foundation insulation around their newly bought house.
Drainage and insulation work around the house is completed.
We continue to work on what would actually be done next year.
We prepare the site and begin the work of creating larger usable and easy-care surfaces.
And next year, we will be back to complete the job.
Then we will fill up with material around the house after the backfill material has settled.
We have not packed the material around the house on purpose. Instead a autumn, a winter and a spring can take care of that a little gentler.
Next year's work also includes top soil over all surfaces and possibly a slope correction and graveling of the parking area in front of the house.
Unfortunately, the sound and image are not really synced. My way of working in iMovie is probably the reason as there is a lot of editing. I will try to get it in order in future videos.

Jamie King in the USA it’s just starting to show up. I watched a video the other day where they made a big pad for a barn and they had a dozer and a skid steer and a roller and dump truck. Over here they say that the rotator is to much money so instead they go buy 3 pieces of equipment. one guy got a tilt but not a rotator. When it hits here it will Chang a lot of peoples mind. I think that the young people would do good on one because they play a lot with controllers and could catch on quick.

Next year for the final adjustment. That's what was going on earlier with the final adjustment series. Rough work is done one year, then after everything settles, you come in and finish it out with a final adjustment.

Every homeowner should have an excavator and tracked dump truck for those little projects around the house. That would have cost a fortune.
