I have been using my CA for over a year now on my 12000w enduro ebike from your company. Frankly, it's a pain. It's like using an ancient DOS computer from the 1980's. Surely CA can invent a better and more intuitive UI than the convoluted one here. Plus in bright sunlight it's hard to see and the overall form factor is too small. Worse, when I reached out to EE for help (twice) with trying figure out how to turn off the regenerative braking via the CA I received no response. Now I'm stuck with a very expensive bike with regen so aggressive that it makes the riding experience much less pleasant. Any help would be appreciated.
Feel free to reach out to your assigned whatsapp support group at time of purchase or your bike and a tech would be more then happy to assist you in real time. Oherwise if this is a customer built bike using your own components and connections please see cycle analyst directly for support. Our regen is normally controlled only via the controller on our bikes.
Normally LCD screen is easy to seen in the sun. Shame nobody seems to complain about the width of the Cycle Analyst which makes it impossible to put the phone for navigation next to it on narrow sweptback handlebars with a headlight in the middle.
