    Glad i stumbled onto this!
    Could i substitute the chestnuts with something else? Pecans or walnuts? If so, do i need to do something to the pecans/ walnuts before i mix it through the meat?

      You can substitute any part you like. For the nuts roasting/toasting them ever so slightly then rough chop would be a addition to your stuffing good luck✌🏾
