It's one of the best upgrades for any arcade unit. I put Sanwa parts in my Arcade1Up with a Pandora Games 3D and I love it.
Did you widen the whole?
@@MrSibugryan I didn't, but it's probably a good idea. They fit EXTREMELY tight in the original holes in an Arcade1Up and you have to break the small tabs off on the sides of the buttons, but they'll fit.

I used a simple wooden chopstick to push out the stock Chinese buttons on my Pandora Box. I replaced them with screw in style Sanwa buttons.

Very nice .. I upgraded my arcade with Happ sticks and buttons
If those buttons are that much of a pain, replace those first before doing the easy part of the stick. That way if while using force you slip or if anything happens, the new Sana’a joystick won’t be in the work area or damaged.

Amazing upgrade my friend! Looks super and sounds even better, Santa is excellent quality but I always liked more the American joysticks. There was a company named "industrias Lorenzo" here in Spain that made super good quality joysticks and buttons, you can still find In stock so I'm planning on getting a Pandora and switch to them.

I need some help bro. I managed to swap the stock joystick and 30mm action buttons on my pandora controller to the sanwa ones great.
BUT... on the controller the player 1/2 and coin buttons are the same sanwa style, but they're 28mm size. And I can't find 28mm sanwa or sanwa clone buttons to swap straight out (I want to use same wires already inside.) Any ideas?

I changed my pandora's 9 buttons for Sanwa a few days ago, they response better than the clones. The next upgrade i want to do is the joystick. One question, does the pandora Dx fit in a pandora's 9 case?
I'm doing the same, trouble is, my pandora box uses a mix of 30mm buttons for action, and 28mm buttons for players/coin. And I can only find sanwa buttons in 30 or 24mm. So I'm not sure how I can swap out the 28mm ones and keep the wires already there

Damn WICKED GAMER, every package you receive looks like it went through a warzone! I have never recieved a package that looked anything like that. I wouldn't even accept a delivery if it showed up looking 1/10 as bad. Also, they look like packages of the most illegal contraban substances until you open them! LOL...
