Reincarnation or soul trap

- Here is a contemplation on whether or not we reincarnate for our own learning to enhance consciousness, or do we simply get caught up in a soul trap forced to reincarnate for more nefarious purpose! Apologies for the wind noise, I was at a waterfall in North Wales, the higher I got the windier it got, but you should get the jist of the conversation!

Have also looked into it and as a very small child i had pre-life memories, going into this with different choices, both pos and cons and trying to balance them before the experience. Like packing a small combatbag before going in hot not being able to carry all you’d want. Also had memories of going down through a grid over earth that was guarded by negative enteties. I was like 4 years old maybe younger when i remembered. Since then it’s like remembering a dream from another life. Sound fringe, but.. truth is stranger than fiction.
My friend believes in reincarnation. I think i believe in the spirit, and in mystery. She s a martial artist and a philosopher and tells me if i m faced with an aggressor, i must do EVERYTHING in my power NOT to kill or hurt seriously, because it will be detrimental to my soul. I say this goes against my training, and, being a woman and rather small, (although i train like a Spartan), i can t afford to worry about that. If i am faced with an aggressor that s much bigger and tougher than me and cannot get away, i will not hesitate to go for the kill. Never mind jail or my soul. I hope it does not happen. I mean i hope i won t have to kill in self defense. I probably won t, since i put a lot of stock in awareness
Please make them weekly Will ya,,it's hard enough day to day so these snipets are welcome distraction .
