Well hello, your never too old to start anything. I'm 60 as well. I started RUclips in January 2020 before we ever heard about Covid. My children were urging my husband and me to film some of the things we do around here. So, I did. I have a lot of friends and family all over the United States and they've enjoyed watching our activities. Your doing a great job with your English too. The Herringbone cups video came across my recommended list and I clicked on it, I'm glad. I'm a new subscriber. God bless
Hi Margreit. I think your English is very good. My youngest daughter moved from Canada to the Netherlands about 5 years ago. She is in Den Burg on Texel and working on completing her PHD in Marine Biology. She has taken Dutch lessons and is fairly comfortable with it now. Congratulations on your new venture of posting videos on RUclips. I am working on the courage to do the same. I am 67 and just retired in May. I'm hoping that I will now have more time for pottery and possibly beginning my own journey with posting RUclips videos. I'm looking forward to following you.
@@maryleeedwards1082 Thank you so much for your kind words. One of my daughters has also just graduated in Biology. About starting on RUclips; I completely understand those feelings, Marylee, I had them too! But once you start, it can be such a rewarding experience. Don’t be afraid to give it a try!
Hi Margriet 👋 New subscriber. Your English is beautiful (lovely accent) and I love your amazing ceramic tutorials. I predict you'll be a smashing youtube success. Many thanks for sharing your talents...greetings from California. 👋
You are such an inspiration! Thank you for sharing! I started pottery couple of years ago, I’m 60 and my spoken English… well… not so good and my daughter has an English boyfriend. So I’m pretty much freaked out how we are going to communicate 😅😅. And I love pottery! I wanted to learn since I was 14, when I saw first time someone on the wheel. So I’m headed to watch your videos, subscribed and liked 🎉🎉
I think you speak very well. It would be for me trying to speak in german throughout all my video's. I'd suck at it, i can understand German but speaking is difficult for me.
