I don't know what Steve did to people, but people don't seem to like him no more. He's funny, he's always been funny. He made it in life via his comedic talent, But somehow, people seem to forget how great of a stand up comedian he was. This video is bad quality, the sound is not right. Go see the original video before judging the man because you're too emotional.
It’s because for ten years he’s been retired from stand up after a monumental grand finale, and is host of family feud, where a whole generation is growing up only seeing him on there, where he has to maintain a g-rated show, episode after episode, for over a decade

He is not wrong. You really can get pulled over for tinted windows being too dark. My mom got pulled over for it. Only time she ever got pulled over and it wasn't even her fault. The windows were already like that when she bought the car. She didn't get a warning or a ticket or anything. She did get rid of that car though.

Same with Cedric doing the women’s anthem joke & D.L. doing the shooting up your job joke. Comedians in general do that all the time, not just Steve

But generally, comedians tell the same joke in different places to test them out on certain crowds then they take upon themselves to tweek and change the jokes around a little bit depending on their reaction. That way the next time they tell joke it would be a little different. It’s no different from an artist going on tour. For the most part, artists have the same set list. They might take it upon themselves to change their set. Plus you also have to understand: this is the 90s. Footage like this was not accessible to everyone like they are now. Which means if you wanted to hear these jokes, you would have to buy a ticket & go see the comedians live
