Good on you mate!
Great your keeping a legend alive and making memories
Cheers, I’m trying my best, looking forward to the places the Capri will take me over the next year!!
Love your progress, keep up the good work
Cheers, busy filming the next episode on the Capri now
Bought my mk3 capri in 1989. Never broke down on any journeys. I go through it every 6 months. Checking and checking every accessories that could give a problem for a failure.. Brakes, wheel bearings, fluids, belts, ignition running gear, fuel system, filters, etc, etc, etc. Breaking down and to get home can be very costly.
They are great cars!! The more I drive it the more reliable it gets. It doesn’t seem to like been parked up as it deteriorates fast
Once you've got a Capri up and running they are superb motors just iron everything out it's still cheaper to run than a new motor because you have to keep paying someone else to fix new cars generally.
Once I get my next final Capri it's for life and I'm signing legal docs so it stays in my family keep it ongoing and to only be able to donate it to Capri Club or keep and maintain themselves. 👍😎
Best video yet! What a trooper!
Haha Cheers Rob!!
This is greeeeeeat 🙌
Cheers!! I’ll stop by Portugal on the way to India!!
Beautiful story
Cheers!!
To India 🇮🇳 … it would be unforgettable experiences 😁 wish i could join!!
Hopefully you can!!
Superb, the one car I've always wanted but never owned. I was waiting for you to say the new engine was a 3 litre Essex but good choice with the ST170. Good luck, cant wait to watch this develop.
They’re great cars, such fun cars to drive and work on!! An Essex would have been awesome, would definitely sound better!! I’ve got a straight 6 bmw e24 which will feature in the next video that you might find interesting!
I hope you haven't sold it but I'll buy it if you do decide to ! I'm looking at October to November this year ..I owned a few many years ago and thoroughly regret selling them ..not all at once I just owned one at a time mostly mark 3 and one Mark 1 my brother and dad were never interested in cars my mum just saw cars as metal boxes s convenience ..so it was always me and the Haynes manual I'm gutted that not one family member shared my passion or understood it @@missioncapri
