Since retirement, I've not been looking very put together but it really does make for a more productive better day if I get dressed as if I'm going somewhere or seeing people. Hair, makeup, shoes etc. Side note: I recently heard that cold water therapy is really helping people suffering from "long covid" symptoms.

Did you know that if you buy paint off the shelf that is already a white color that isn't a base you still need to have the paint department add that color into it or it won't cover anything. I wasted a 5 gallon bucket of Sherwin Williams pre mixed white by not adding in extra pigment.
