  • Jack Beaulieu is a graduate student and Canada Graduate Scholar working on the history of philosophy. His research explores issues in epistemology through the history of late classical and early modern Indian philosophy, especially the relationship between knowledge and action, the KK principle, and externalism through the work of philosophers belonging to the Navya-Nyāya and Dvaita Vedānta traditions. He is currently working on Vyāsatīrtha’s defense of default trust, according to which one ought to self-ascribe knowledge by default.
