Fixing a sticky/loose motorcycle throttle

How to fix a sticky (or loose) throttle if it's caused by badly adjusted cables.

That looks a lot like a zxr250, which is what I have.
I had a similar problem but I fixed it by tightening the throttle cable.

in my discover acceleration problem is there if accelatate my bike after sometime the acceleration is normal

This might be a dumb moment but one I'm working on keeps going together but you go to twist it and it's backwards it pushes to open throttle what I'm I doing that making this happen one cable with out plastic hook is in back and plastic hook one it on top of it can you tell me probably something striped that I just don't see

I was riding my bike and as I was on a roundaboout, herd like a snap or a tugged noise, and noticed couldnt use the trottle luckily managed to get off straight away,
THe trottle spins round constantly so, I'm guessing it must be both cables? it does lock tho if i spin it forwards
