diy is the best way to accomplish miracles
Don’t paint your garage door it will be OK without it.
Leave a small area to be able to jump rope
Get a sit up bench the inclines /normal
Get posters of your favorite boxers and put them on the walls to honor them.
Get the thin mirrors that go on the back of your bedroom doors and take the frame off them. Then place them together like one big mirror ( glue to wall)
Get a pair of 16 ounce boxing gloves and shadow box in the mirror.
Try to find an inexpensive treadmill
(Just some ideas for your gym everything looks great)

That looks like a great set up. Awesome work. May I suggest placing a bag of, say sand, on top of the speed ball. It will minimise, if not eliminate the vibration of the board. It will make the ball travel a lot more smoothly.

Hi Sonya, whats the size of lag bolts did you use to mount the 26 inch 2x4 wood in the ceiling? You said in your video that you used 3 lag bolts i only see 2 bolts which are on the left and right. Sorry i dont see the third bolt.

You have everything in order looking nice Friend. But one thing I don’t see those thnx ropes that you had put on the door at that hotel you was at there yellow color it’s for your arms tri-ceps, bi-ceps and it works your back muscles 💪🏼

Nice! If that speedball's from the everlast boxing stand like mine they're a big let down. You'll either need a shorter swivel or need to reinforce the wooden board, or both.

Hey quick question , could you hang a 200lb heavy bag from doing that exact same ceiling mount? Or would it have to be more durable
Not sure, I read reviews were some people mounted it with 150lb bag. But I would upgrade to either a more beefy mount or change out the HW for more robust lag screws, hex screw /bolt.👍

Only a safety suggestion, having spent my time in construction and hvac/refrigeration, please find some saw horses and clamps for the 2x4 and such!! I’ve witnessed a lot of sad things.. Your doing amazing things and good luck! I’m having a hard time with seeing so many gray scales & black’s on everyone’s post’s. I do like your circuit so work it!

is it possible for me to minimize the noise of the speed bag in any way? i live in a condominium and want to install one. nice video and dope gym!
I put my sand bag on top and it cut the vibration down significantly. Someone in the comments recommend it awhile back and it works like a charm.

Unfortunately not. It’s just not as bad as before. It’s a just more deadening. Hope that helps.
does having everything attached to the walls shake the house? or break up the plaster ??
Nothing has broken the drywall. The only thing that you really hear is when I hit the speed bag. That's primarily because I mounted to the wall that is connected to my bedroom. But honestly its fine, no one is hitting it when I am sleeping. 👍

Hey is the heavy bag you use good ?
It’s good if you are using it for boxing 🥊 only. I plan to replace it because I like to kickboxer as well. Hurts my feet when I kick the bag.
