Fantastic! I'm happy that this is helpful for you. You might also like this updated version I recently posted: ruclips.net/video/pynIwpffYzI/видео.html. And I posted three related videos (abbreviated version, body scan and joint relaxation. The links are all in the description of the updated progressive muscle relaxation. All the best!
M Humphrey, thank you again for your feedback! I just posted this updated progressive muscle relaxation video: ruclips.net/video/pynIwpffYzI/видео.html. I hope you like it! I am also posting three additional variations - an abbreviated version for a shorter session, a similar technique for joint relaxation and updated body scan. The description of the updated full-length version contains the links to the other videos. And THANK YOU for subscribing to the channel! All the best!
The way that you explain in clear understandable words how to do the exercises is very impressive I consider myself fluent at communicating but it would be very difficult to articulate myself as well as you did if I was just put on the spot without preparing beforehand.
This is a really good progressive muscle relaxation video but it leaves out the arms and moves a little fast. We would love to see another video like this with arms and a little slower

this is wonderful. is there any way you can say the same thing a weeee bit more, how I say?, soothingly? If someone is resting or falling asleep then speed is rather hurried and the mind speeds up to keep up. Also the voice sounds not soothing for relaxing. *sigh*.. still..thank you. am hitting Like button to say 😊 thanks
Hi, thank you for the tutorial. It is very instructive. However, some constructive "criticism" at least in my opinion. The breathing is too fast in my opinion. It feels kinda rushing through even faster than my normal breathing speed. Of course you can slow the video speed, but then the voice sounds strange ;-)

Just some constructive criticism, this isn’t amazing to listen to for sleeping. You’re super energetic and a little fast talking, which isn’t a bad thing generally. However it isn’t ideal for this
L L, thank you for this helpful feedback! I can see what you mean for this topic. I am planning to record three additional versions of progressive muscle relaxation, with slightly different focus areas and duration. I will work on calming the tone of my voice, slowing down my pace and using fewer, more selective words in order to maximize the relaxation benefit. I appreciate your time in sharing this feedback to help me make better content for you and others. All the best.

I couldn't sleep last night, so I tried this and fell asleep even before finishing the exercise. Thank you so much!
Too fast? *Helpful hint* tap the gear icon, then tap playback speed, then .75. Perfect!

The best by far for anxiety and fibromyalgia
Like the active less meditation approach
I love this a lot. Helps me with my morning headaches.
Wow, I really like it, and it help.
I will do for all week once a day , and let you know how it went.
Thank you
I agree with others regarding fast pace but I'll check out if there are other videos with a slower, maybe softer version for sleep.
