    Great arrangement of a song I love very much. If you look and listen closely, one may notice how Joanie resembles singer Eydie Gorme in her face along with the tonal quality and sound of her voice which is quite similar to Gorme's as well. At least to me she does! Jack Jones is retired and living in the Palm Springs/Palm Desert area of Southern California. Joanie is still with us, too. Bless'em both!

      Jack cut an album when he was 83, every other day I have the blues!!! Last I heard he was still doing doing gigs in Palm Springs!!!

    I loved the British Invasion and 60's rock but it's sad this kind of music was the sacrifice. Thanks for posting.

At the age of 18, Sommers was put under contract by Warner Bros. records, singing with Edd Byrnes (replacing Connie Stevens) of the TV series "77 Sunset Strip", guest-starring on the show. Critics embraced the jazz-influenced album and she was dubbed "the greatest singing discovery of the last 15 years"
