That was one of the most informative ones yet S&A. Been waiting for that one forever. I worked it out at 30 cents roughly per klm for fuel? Does that sound right?
Wouldn't it be great if you could work out costing per klm for everything? hahahaha. That would be nice to see
Thanks again for a great video. Seems to be getting better every time. I laughed when Steve said grab a cold drink and settle in for around 20 minutes........ I already guessed it would go longer with your INFO video.
    Best 43 minutes I spent today ;)

Thank you were happy you enjoyed it, we really enjoyed the Cape. I think your fairly close with your calculations, I worked it out to be about 34 cents.

Thanks guys for an awesome break up of the Cape. The tips of maintenance are great. I’m planning my trip and have plotted your trip as a guide. Definitely will be making sure everything is serviced properly before I head off.

Our pleasure! we loved the Cape and wish we could have stayed longer but it was starting to heat up, but couple of cool drinks while relaxing in the water at Fruit Bat Falls fixes everything.

Another rippa vid without the hype and ads.
    Thanks for all the info
Travelling in September, did you have to book Seisha camp area at the tip?
What was security like, as I've heard things can go missing.

Thank you. September was a beautiful time to be on the Cape. We rang ahead about 3-4 days out to sus the availability in Seisha and we had no trouble getting onto an unpowered site. The Seisha campgrounds had a 24 hour a day roving security patrol along with the odd visit from police, we had no problems at all. I think just a common sense approach. Make sure all your gear locked away etc when not in use and you should be fine. We spent most of our days touring around the cape and felt quite safe every where we went. Hope this helps
