Quite Shocking as I've always dreamt such a choreography, composition and scenario of Siva tandavam...if I ever get a chance...happy to see that someone has already conceived my dream in to reality :) Hara Hara Mahadev
Please take the trouble to identify the main dancer-artist, other dancers plus singers and guru. This would be great service and recognition for this wonderful team, the choreography and the brilliant concept. Lord Siva's characterization was excellent. I would have him open his eyes wide just a few minutes into the foot tapping at the start.
so beautifull and a lovely composition , i think lord shiva has reincarnated to that man soul , all the movements are so awesome to watch , may god bless him and all surounded to him . om namah shiva .
Shiva, as Shankara, sits in repose while his other forms dance around him, beckoning him to come out and dance with them. When he does, he becomes Nataraj and it is revealed that they are all Shiva and that all hands are the hands of God. Through their diligence and humility, they are rewarded with Ultimate Truth. Nataraj is rewarded as well, for the dance is his favorite pastime and he was only waiting for someone who was ready to dance with him.
@shiva4ever I second the comment! Felt like giving a big round of applause, amazing performance and for the composure the lead dancer had all through out the play! Bho Shambo Shiva Shamho Svayambho..
Thank you for this wonderful performance. It is a type of Anand Tandav, if I am not mistaken? The lead dancer, portraying Nataraj, is amazing....cool, calm, confident just as Shiv himself is in this dance of peace. His karanas are very descriptive and his face exudes a spiritual equanimity which is so rare. I wish there were details of the dancers. dance group, location etc made available to us. Thank you for this wonderful upload.
Great dance. I have not seen one after the dance by Kuchipudi group in Seetha Rama Kalyanam , a Telugu movie of 1960s. That song is "Kanarara Kailasa nivasa" and also 3 stanzas of Siva thandavam. Thanks for the video. But please give details of the group of dancers.
Marvellous performance and wonderful choreography....may I know who choreographed it and also who performed as Lord Shiva? And, of course, who is the Guru for this wonderful group?
Amazing... wonderful performance. how can this video be downloaded? please inform. Also, may i know the name & contact details of the dance group? S.Aravind Sri Karthigeyan
