My family has been living in lahore before Pakistan was made. I have lived in lahore all my life. I have seen how our society has deteriorated.
Main cause is harram ki qamai. If people will feed harram to their family in return they will do haram. This is a simple fact.

i am a regular listener of Israr Kasana Sahab, today's show was an eye opening in our society, and i learned a lot from Erum Saeed Sahaba, the most appealing factor was going back to root cause of the problem which, is staying away from GOD.
This lady talked sense , she talk better than a lot of so-called Islamic scholars and she has got a better understanding of religion and ethics than most of the people around who called themselves Muslims.

Drama 'Nijaat' from 1993 starring Noman Ejaz and Atiqa Odho; that was an excellent drama showing a real face and struggles of our society. Such dramas are now no more in making. Whatever we see now in dramas is mostly glamorised and unreal. Media has a very important role in shaping the culture of our society. But when media falls victim to the new world order, this is then hellbound to destroy the societal norms and traditions. True to the core. I am a man in 50s, I remember tat proposition to a woman or many women used to be a tough ask. But if we were very adamant we stuck to her, married her and always cherished her. Women chastity was a big mountain to clear. Now, any aged girl or woman is an easy catch.

The answer is in your video. When women display beauty to other people and men don’t put their eyes down as prescribed by the Quran then weird things will happen. I hope this woman learns Quran, covers herself and then InShaAllah she will succeed in this good cause.
I am a low grade teacher and observed that the parents and teachers are careless about the character building measures in our children. Situation is very bad. Need continuous emphasis on societal issues. We are going nowhere but to the chaos. Spirituality must be focused. Relate every topic with the teaching of Islam.

I am a non-muslim and an agnostic. Nevertheless, I am deeply impressed by Ms. Eram Saeed's knowledge, depth of thinking and logic. Everything she says would still be true and helpful if she left Allah and Islam out of it. I wonder if she brings them in to play when she counsels her non-muslim clients in the USA. Her thoughts about the difference between perception and perspective and yesterday's little wooden boat meant for a small lake or river being exposed to the present day massive ocean will always stay with me. TY Ms. Saeed for broadening my perspective and leading me in to different veins of thought. In today's world we do not need religion or belief in an Almighty to know what is good vs bad and right vs wrong. Religious texts can or should be read to glean the underlying philosophies for examination to determine if they are still applicable in the totally different world of today. Religion and old knowledge and philosophies like everything else have a time and place utility and subject to becoming outdated snd obsoletion as well.

I am 68 and having 40years of happy marriage which includes 23years of overseas self exile/job of course coming & going every year not faced such problems Alhamdulillah. But now it's true marriage institution is in danger, we must do pre marriage counselling for our children going to b married. کتب علی نفسہ الرحمہ ۔ اللہ نے معاف کر نا اپنے اوپر فرض کرلیا ہے ۔ محترمہ نے دین اسلام سے متعلق اسکا اساس بتادیا ہے ۔ انتہائی افسوس کے ساتھ کہنا پڑتا ہے کہ ہم جس اسلام پر چل رہے ہیں یعنی برصغیر ہند و پاک میں رہنے والے یہ وہ اسلام نہیں ہے جو 1400 سال پہلے مکمل ہوگیا ہے اور میں یہ بات برسوں سے کہتا چلا آرہا ہوں ۔ ہم روزانہ کلام الٰہی کی توہین کرتے چلے آرہے ہیں ۔ وہ حبل اللہ جس نے میرا کردار ٹھیک کرنا تھا وہ تو میں نے پڑھا ہی نہیں ۔اگر ہم مسلمانوں نے براہ راست ہدایت حاصل کی ہوتی تو شاید اتنے برے حالات نہ ہوتے۔ آپ نے بہت اچھا قدم اٹھایا ہے اس پر گفتگو جاری رکھیں

People who live abroad dont know how bad Pakistani society has become. Most women who get married these days after a certain age are most like have committed haram already and they blame the men for it even though it was consensual.

Actually that’s not true. Women have proven all over the world that they are equally strong mentally and emotionally. As a matter of fact, in the Muslim world it is women who are far ahead of men in the colleges and universities. We need to empower our daughters.
