KISS, carried me away at 13, and after 17 years they remain my favorite band.))) In general, in my opinion this is one of the best rock bands from the 70s to the 90s. That time can be called the "golden era" of such music. The top is good, but I think it’s different for each fan.))) Thanks for the selection.

I remember when punk-rock had pretty much the same effect, perhaps even worse. I remember Elvis Costello, for example, freaking a lot of people out.
Perhaps they are 45 years older now.
I thought Kiss was a death metal band at first judging by their appearance until I listened to their songs.

The very first rock album I bought was “Destroyer” back in 1976. I think it was Kiss’ best album. Detroit Rock City, God Of Thunder, Shout it Out Loud, Beth, and Do You Love Me? It was packed with some of their best songs

I didn't know that Detroit Rock City was about a fan that had died. Man. Even more reason to love these guys. They wrote a song to honor a fan.

Kenneth Hartless You do have a point, my statement was meant as in, RnR all night is probably that last ounce that was needed for them to explode. Even today people know that song, but don't know who the musicians are. Though Albin also has a point, the makeup and costumes added a mystery and excitement to them. Like Superheroes. On top of that, they could make great music, and sing it and perform just as great live.

+Kenneth Hartless Now what the hell after Ace and Peter left? KISS still continued to make great music after the two wasted left. Give a good listen Lick It Up, Revenge, Carnival Of Souls, hell even Asylum. Vinnie was mastermind when writing songs, and Bruce was way better guitarist than Ace, and his 88 solo in Budokan proves it (though Ace's 77 Budokan got me playing guitar). I hope you don't mean that every album after Dynasty was crap.

"Thrills in the night", "creatures of the night", "all hell's breaking loose", "a million to one", "reason to live".
None of them are even close to top 10
My god, way too many good songs to choose from. I had just turned 16 and saw them in 2000 during their Farewell Tour. It was great and the coolest birthday present I had ever gotten.

So many good songs were left out, but that's because there are just too many to choose from! For example: Cold Gin, Got to Choose, Hotter Than Hell, War Machine, Heaven's on Fire, Uh! All Night, I Stole Your Love, I've Had Enough (into the fire), Deuce, the list goes on.

Cold Gin, Parasite, She, Watchin' You, Makin' Love, All Hell's Breakin' Loose... there's just so many solid tunes from this band that could be on the list.
Started listening to KISS after seeing them on The Paul Lynde Halloween Special when I was a little kid and have been a fan since then. I've even seen them in concert several times, going to a KISS concert is like going to an awesome party and just having a lot of fun.
Wow, didn't realize KISS had so many sweet songs. Gonna get Love Gun now.

Love gun I would say is their third best effort, I personally prefer destroyer but when it comes to KISS you can't go wrong.

I used to get clubs that only played rnb to play I was made for loving you and surprisingly everyone loved it and got into it ... Dj wouldn't go any harder than that and played it every time we walked in ... soon enough the rnb fans wanted to hear it every week too 😉

I wanted to include Heaven's on fire it's one of my favorite KISS songs but overall the list was pretty good.
I remember seeing them 2 times in 2019 one in Birmingham and one in Manchester on the Tuesday and Friday its was the best week ever.
I have a lot of favourites but I always love playing creatures of the night very loud in my car. A very underrated tune and album.

This is my favorite Kiss song, for some reason Love Gun is my favorite album by them.
spd7693 I don't know if I have a favorite song on the album, but yea, Love Gun is the first studio album they did that I really got into. Shock Me, Christine, Plaster Caster etc. The whole album was really solid. No throw away material to speak of.
Actually get sick and tired of hearing Rock And Roll All Nite being overplayed on the radio.

I have been a Kiss fan since 1978 when I saw " Kiss Meets The Phantom Of The Park" I also saw them in concert in Oklahoma City back in 2,000. It was the BEST damn concert I've been to.

Yes, Shandi! Probably my favourite KISS song since I was 3 years old. It was a huge hit in Australia. We played that single and I Was Made For Loving You to death. Got UNMASKED for my 4th birthday and DYNASTY the following christmas. I discovered the older stuff as I got older.

Hard to believe that "Calling Dr. LOVE" ONLY got an honorable mention and WASN'T in the top 10. DESTROYER had 4 songs in the Top 10! That's how strong an album it was. One of my favorites that DIDN'T make the cut is "Christine Sixteen". That song was everywhere back in the day!
Christine Sixteen was a huge hit at the time but you never hear it anymore.
I suspect it's because the lyrics are too creepy by today's standards.
I was 17 when the song came out so it seemed perfectly fine to me at the time.
