- Our R&D is in full force today as we try to be the WORLD'S FIRST to run the C8Z06 with twin turbo on 93 octane! We know these engines have high compression and making sure our program works on regular pump gas is very important! Let's dive in this video and take a look at our kit and get to building!

The 2025 ZR1 ZTK is close to having my vote for best ever...once I see a production one then I'll decide. The engine will be one of the greatest ever made...again, potentially.

It should be soon but with normally aspirated cars it’s hard to get any kind of significant gains. On turbos the performance band is huge and there’s much more gains to be had
GM might not let them in the Z06 this time, or at least until the zr1 goes on sale for the first year

Allow me to offer you a suggestion. You should never show someone's license plate or VIN. Ever.
Even if you get someone's permission it can hurt your customers-and possibly yourselves.
For example: Let's say a customer came from a state that has strict smog regulations. An official in that state can see exactly what has been done to a vehicle and focus all their attention on them. Some states allow law enforcement to impound and sometimes SEIZE vehicles that are operated with "other than stock" equipment.
An aggressive Attorney General (usually in a liberal state) might even go after the company that knowingly installed the equipment on a vehicle from that state.
Bottom line- do yourselves and your customers a favor and never show their license plate. Blur out VIN numbers and anything that can identify their vehicle.
Drivers- you may think that license plates with BEAT YA , SEE YA, YOU LOSE, etc. are cool but all they do is attract attention to you! You draw enough attention without a billboard that basically says "Give me a ticket".
Most police don't give citations for speed alone. It's the drivers that ask for the ticket- sometimes before you even get to their windows. Very few police give tickets just because you were 10-15 over in a 60. In residential and especially a school zone be smart and keep it down- too many children run into the street because they're KIDS.
Pro tip- if you are pulled over roll all your windows down (especially if you have dark tint) and put your hands at the top of the steering wheel, palms facing up. This makes the officer more at ease- traffic stops are the 2nd most likely place to get killed, right after Domestic Disturbances.
Tell the officer that you appreciate their service. They have a camera rolling (don't beg for a ticket by being an idiot) so be calm and remember that most officers have fast cars, trucks, motorcycles, etc.

Not at this time. It wouldn't make sense on this car.
How is this tuned? There is no software to access the ecu at this time...
The Firebird is a Pontiac emblem for the Trans Am only. Why not a stingray emblem? Why a bird?

I would think if you start with 700 hp two turbos would get you more than 100 hp. But I guess it’s smart to stay conservative with this build
same turbos on our 1200HP eray :). This car is just getting baby boost and we'll turn it up once we get it dialed in for Jose's desires
What is the cost of this kit and when will we have the dyno numbers released/total boost/ methanol supplementation ? 93 octane ?
The install special on this is $29,500. We'll be running this on 93 octane and will specialize on making it happen
These dudes are using the customer's corvette as a test mule for their turbo kit, which they're learning as they go.

I’m confused a stock Z06 dyno’s 600hp. What gives the Heat?
Variables= aka: The ambient temperature matters. The specific dyno matters. The engine efficiency itself matters, some engines might pull on the high side, some engine read lowers than others even if it's "exactly" built the same.

800hp (730whp) for 30k 🙄 60k Bmw M2 makes 720whp just with bolt-ons on E40, stock turbos, engine, trans.. minimal cost
If you want big power c8, buy a stingray or eray. This isn't meant to compete with that. It's just allowing for increased power solution for people that already have the car.
and 30K dollar C6 Z06 with only H/C E85 will be faster so what’s your point? Lmfao, a C7 Z06 with only Pullies, headers E85 will be faster than any bolt on BMW. Stock bottom end LT4s run 7s and 6s on stock cast block 😉

You guys do know GM didnt just take the z06 and slap twins on it right? Its a different beast altogether. Forged internals and a whole mess of different stuff in that motor for the ZR1. Just bc you slap a twin turbo setup doesnt make it a Zr1 spec. Just saying. That sh!t chaps my tail as a engineer for mechanics to say that crap. I can only imagine goodness!
Don't forget the integrated aero for cooling* 😂 these TT Z06s are cool to see, but I'd be absolutely terrified to do this knowing those engines & trannies had failures at OEM power & heat levels.

They could add longer rods and lower the compression pretty easy. I'll wait for the zr1 chevy is going to build as many as we want. BD built me a monster c8 but that monster is eating itself away on the track.

These flat plane crank engines don’t like boost. Ford was the first American brand that tried the flat plane crank engine and it was great until ppl started adding boost to them. Do your homework

@fleeshawn11 yeah, production ended in December of 2023 for the 6th gen. Probably won't see the nameplate again till it's partially or fully hybrid. Get that v8 while you can. 👍🏾
All that's left now are whispers of them giving it a send off with another Z28 if they can get it green lit, but those panther editions were pretty much the end of the 6 gen.
