Newegg had them in USA, ships straight from NZXT ($304.99). I ordered one week and a half ago, it arrived yesterday.

2:52 and 3:35 what are these small screws used for? @3:35 next to the Intel bracket. There's 12 of them.
They are for different brackets ig. 4 for am5/am4, 4 for lga 1700 and another for lga1200

Nope your good, nzxt aio coolers should come with paste pre placed on the bottom of the pump unless maybe bought refurbished
