Subscribed everywhere and I'm most excited to have a "mozart hour" this year, which is the hour before Daddy gets home from work, around 5-6, we are going to turn on classical music, pick up everything quickly, and then spend the remainder of our time drawing, coloring, crafting, etc. I'm also looking forward to Wednesdays which are going to be our art and composer study days. I was kind of burnt out last year after homeschooling for practically 14 years, so I'm excited to have found new energy and excitement this year! Praise the Lord!

We loved using the Wordly Wise Vocabulary for kinder and 1st grade. It's very teacher intensive and the workbooks won't make sense without all the teacher resources, (which are basically picture cards and word cards) and teacher lead story telling. Time for learning sounds great going to look into-thanks for sharing. Looks like a great year ahead!
We are most excited to work on speech therapy for my son during our homeschool days. He has ASD and we are so excited to work on his communication 💙
I am super excited to watch my special needs 7yr old grow this year. I have been working hard with her over the summer to unlock the doors holding all the information and now we are going to work on her sharing what she knows. I am following you all over the place!!!!!

Every time my kids pass the school area they ask when we're going to start school so they're obviously excited too which is making me look forward to it even more. Great video! I’m excited for all the changes this year!!! We’ve been using the classical style for the past 4 years, this year we are switching to a Charlotte Mason style and also starting a morning basket!! I’m excited to (hopefully) see the difference in our attitudes towards school work 🤗

This is my first homeschooling year with my 6 kiddos. I’m excited to see the change in them from public school to homeschool. I have a kiddo who has an IEP in public school and since school started last month, I’ve seen a huge change in his confidence!!

I just love the start of the new school year, with all of it's new possibilities! Including all of the new school year (especially curriculum videos) on RUclips. So much fun!! For curriculum, I'm excited to watch my 4th grade son do TGTB Level 4 Language Arts... it's so gorgeous, and I'm hoping it improves his love for learning and appreciation for art.

You were the first person I ever followed on Instagram! I had resisted the urge to join for a long time, but then near the end of your pregnancy with Ivy and Amelia you mentioned that you would probably post labor and birth updates there rather than on RUclips. That was all it took for me to install the Instagram app - I needed all the baby news!
I love the start of every new school year! Even though we take a very short break (we homeschool through the summer), something about taking those couple of weeks, scrubbing and organizing the room, and opening all the new materials (new crayon smell, amiright?) just creates a magical feeling! Additionally, I can see that my youngest is *so close* to that lightbulb with learning to read, and I love seeing the excitement as all those things on the page start to really make sense.
Your homeschooling videos are my absolute favorite! I’m always on the look out for more material to help with schooling, our son goes to public school but I love having different resources at home to use as well. We do school with him all summer long.. so please keep the videos coming!
Read alouds! My all time favorite thing to do is read and reading to my kids and watching them get into the story is always so, so fun! I just love the shared experience.
I'm most excited this year to be homeschooling in our new school room. We moved & it is set-up & ready to go! Books are on bookshelves, we have a huge farm table to spread out & work. Just excited to have a room designated to all things learning!!!

Love all of your input as far as homeschooling goes. I especially love how you know each child requires a different style of learning and adhere to whatever works for each child. I'm most excited about using our new homeschool room. We converted our formal dinning room into a homeschool space and the kids and I have had a blast making our own little space to learn and grow.

I’m excited to just get started! I’m printing, laminating, binding, organizing; I’m chomping at the bit to just do this! I’m also excited because we did the kindergarten THATB last year and I’m excited to see what is in store for level one this year.
I graduated high school a semester early at 17 because I went with an online program! Sometimes it’s really awesome to just see that come to life! It’s definitely not for everyone but I like it because it is not at all traditional, however you can still go to a university after high school, you can still get a physical diploma and you don’t necessarily feel unprepared for the “real world”. Now I’m going to be 21 in 2 weeks and I’m a licensed esthetician and nail tech running my own nail room at a spa! I also went to over a year of community college. Your future is just as bright with an online program ❤️
I'm just so excited to get back to doing school, we had a rough year for school last year; we moved twice, survived a family health crisis, and had a new baby sister born! Can't wait to get back to our simple little daily and weekly routines and spend lots of quality school time just learning with my kids!
I am super excited to jump back into home schooling this year! I had to stop for the last half of last year, and I was so bummed, but the opportunity came and I am back in the game so I'm PUMPED!! We can't wait to get all of our new The Good & The Beautiful curriculum Saturday!!

I am most excited that i am homeschooling for the very first time this year. Mostly the fact that i get to see my kids improve on a daily basis just makes my heart so happy.
We've switched to A Gentle Feast this year for our homeschool and I am really looking forward to seeing how my kids grow and flourish with this gentle flow of school.
I am most excited about getting back into the groove of a school schedule and a bit more structure after a long summer break!!!! Love these homeschool curriculum videos! I’m most excited to be able to spend more time one in one with my kiddos and being able to learn with them. Even if it’s stuff I already know I always feel like I learn just as much from homeschool as the kids do.

I am the most excited for a homeschooling year without pregnancy! Last year was such a struggle for us with my pregnancy being so hard. I also have hyperemesis so you know what it’s like! I felt like we just accomplished the bare minimum, most days my husband had to school after he got off work. This year we can dive in deep, doing lots of crafts and projects, and I am just so excited to feel healthy this year and give it my all!
I’m most excited to dive deeper into history. Last year was our first year using The Good and the Beautiful and we fell in love with everything we used. History was my most favorite and I’m excited to get into year 2.

Great video! I am most excited to share the love of learning with my children. I love that we get to learn together and I get to witness the joy and not just have to "wonder" what my kids do all day only to be told that their day was "fine" when asked.

This video was super helpful as my children are yonger also. I am super excited for this homeschool year because my daughter is starting first grade and is very excited about it. I really hope she is able to keep up that enthusiasm and can help my 8 year old son get a little more excited about learning. I love these videos. Homeschooling has been on my heart for the last few years and we have decided to give public school one more try since we recently moved and if it isn’t cutting it we will be starting homeschooling next year. I am most excited to see my kids grow and change over the next year. My oldest is going into middle school this year and I am excited to see how he does socially he is on the spectrum and has been making so many advances over the last year I am just so excited to see him continue to blossom.
I’m really excited about slowing down this year. I always go overboard and expect way too much and this year I’m focusing on bringing it down a notch and really ENJOYING the school year.

I am most excited this year for our morning basket. We tried it last year but got off track. But I see so many benefits with it so definitely want to implement it this year. I’m also excited to dive into the Lord’s Word with my kids this school year.

I'm most excited about being back in a routine. It helps me get through the days. We're dealing with some difficult life circumstances with our 12 year old daughter having unstable glaucoma and my father-in-law having lung cancer and deciding on no treatment. I have a new perspective on what is important, and I don't want to waste the beautiful gifts God has given me!

I really look forward to my four year old “joining” in school. He struggled with many things and we felt like school was going to be a major challenge for him but he is wanting to “do school” so we will do as much as he desires.
