How does this not have more recognition!? This is incredibly charming and reminded me of the Beetles Cartoon. It would have been cool if the Beach Boys got a cartoon too. You've got skill, dude, this was lovely.
As a pretty hardcore Beach Boys and Brian Wilson fan, this is some really top notch work and definitely does justice to one of my favorite songs from the Smile album imo. Would you possibly be interested in doing other great Beach Boys songs? Such as Til I Die, Solar System, I Know There’s An Answer, In My Room, Sloop John B, The Elements: Fire (aka Mrs. O’Leary’s Cow), or Surf’s Up? Or alternatively, I’d love to see you do an animated version of Murray Wilson’s recorded interruption of the Help Me Rhonda sessions (y’know, where he says “Y’know I’m a genius too, Brian”).
I actually was planning to do an animated visual for the entirety of Murray’s interruption but I’ve been busy with school the last few months. But if that didn’t work out I was also tossing around ideas for a Surf’s Up video since that’s my favorite beach boys song. Anyway thank you for your comment!
Love seeing animation and the beach boys together, two of my favourite things combined! I'd have to say potatoes are my go to vegetable followed closely by carrots!
i loved every second of this, i love that there's such a tight nit community of people who love the boys as much as I do, this was peak af
I love cartoon Mike being way more enthusiastic about this song than he would be in real life, this is so so cute
As someone who watched all the official music videos of the Beach Boys, I consider this better than any of them, it's an absolute joy. 💜
Broccoli is hands down, the BEST vegetable to ever exist, an anyone who disagrees with this fact is wrong, and shall be punished accordingly.
gonna tell my kids this is Sesame Street
You are way too good at animating and you put a lot of work in what you do, I love seeing it
Only 9 days? Grinding your fingers, just like how Brian Wilson grinded his teeth on some Vege-Tables.
I swear I see you everywhere.

Where's Paul McCartney??

This is a great animated music video for the Beach Boys! Very charming drawings, moves in sync with the song, and suits the song very well!
HERMOSO
you should do this for the rest of the smile album

At 1:06, I’m guessing left to right it’s: Dennis Wilson, Mike Love, Brian Wilson, Al Jardine, Bruce Johnston, and then Carl Wilson
