Same thing also applies to the downside.
Nice big red candle following green candle and 3rd candle is the entry on the break of High of the 2nd candle

Love your content, are you able to compare options vs stocks if have a small account and need to grow account quickly? I get the leverage with options...but what us the downside?? Could you explain, as otherwise don’t understand why people trade stocks?? And not just use options if day trading in and out in a matter of minutes...can you help

Hey, why did you switch to cash? How did it improve your trading?
@@theshininghaze784 I switched because being limited to 3 day trades didn't allow me to flow with the market. For example if I made a trade and it didn't go my way, my fear would increase and lead to clouding my judgment because I would have 2 trades left to make up for the first. This caused me to make conclusions from a trade by trade perspective rather than a series of trades. Removing this barrier improved my trading because now I can test the flow with no disturbance, thus making it easier to tap into the market

Thank you for the great video with many lesson points. I love the Bullish engulfing pattern, it is as you said very powerful setup. Question: Do you monitor your options chart on a 15min time frame or do you vary through time frames? I typically use the Day, 1hr and 1min charts for 1-3 days max. Unless its $LL
Trade on 15m and 5m. Chart on all others. I have a timeframe video

Can be used WHENEVER. Just make sure the first candle is a strong one
how do you tell when they are coming do you just watch and wait in the morning or do you watch before the market opens , and also does this happen very often where you get the sandwich candle sticks
If I see it forming in real-time, I get ready to pull the trigger and buy

Great video! I have the worst executions in TOS at that time of the morning due to high volume/platform lag. 1. Do you use this strategy only at the open (first 30 minutes) 2. and if so, do you market in or limit in? (thru AT) thanks!
Happens all through the day. Strong moves usually occur at the open. If spreads are tight, i usually limit at the ask

Hey Carmine just had a quick question, when you scalp in trades like these on a friday, do you buy contracts that expire on Friday or the following week expiration? Thanks.
The following week. Monday through wedsnday is the current weeks options, and Thursday and Friday is the next week's options. He made a video about it but I don't remember the exact title

Hey Carmine, I've heard you say it before but could you tell me where you trade options contracts on a Friday? I believe you usually lookout to the following (next) Friday right? today's Friday expiration contracts were barely making any movements at all. thanks

higher volume, but no follow through is absorption. High volume, and follow through = new buying and trend can continue. Same on the flip side

Not sure what a three bar play is.. but we do use three candles!
if you want to get this to about 95%, the first green candle should break local resistance

I know you’re a big supply demand guy. You should try just watching the levels at options strikes prices. So for example every $5 increment on /ES. If the first candle to touch a level doesn’t close above or below the $5 level it won’t break and will reverse. If first candle to touch closes over that level it will continue to to next $5 level and that’s your target. Trust me. It’s crazy. Just take a look.
