EGO warranty is a farce! They never answer the so-called customer service telephone number. The self propel feature on 2 of the EGO mowers I have failed. I paid a local guy to fix one but have had no luck getting warranty service on the otherwise is less than a year old. Bah hum bug on EGO!

Have you tried going back to the dealer you bought it from? they should be able to chase the warranty for you.
