Hi Alan and thank you for your kind thoughts. As I said in the other comments, I feel a relief that she is not suffering anymore. I feel she is now with me in spirit. Take care, Jeff
Hi Roy and thank you very much. Unfortunately I lost my mum on Monday, so put the video out a bit earlier so that I can do a little tribute one next time. I was really happy with the hand painted finish, but I didn't have much time to carry on with it as I was worried about my mum. In between all the paperwork and places I have to visit at the moment, I thought I would have another go this morning and with a bit of heat again, all screws came out. I think it was divine intervention. I am feeling OK as I am relieved that my mum is not suffering anymore, but I seriously feel she is with me in spirit. Take care, Jeff
Interesting video Jeff, good tip that actually worked, getting the oil seal out , you did the only thing you could do on the caseing, breaking it would have been a major set back .
Hi Martin and thank you. Yes I didn't want to damage it, but may go back to it in the future. I bought the video forward from Saturday as my mum unfortunately died on Monday. I hope to do the next video as a tribute to my mum. I do feel OK at the moment as I am glad she is not suffering anymore. I have thrown myself into all the things that need to be done. Take care, Jeff
@DiecastPowderCoating I am so sorry to hear that, jeff , I lost mine a while back, so I know what you're going through. Like you said, she's not suffering anymore. god bless her.
Hey Jeff thanks for the video. I think after applying vigorous heatand failing I would have drilled all the heads off and then the pressure would have been released and you could have got WD down the threads......Then mole grips or a stud extractor....... good to see you are still persistant!! cheers mate
Hi Adam, I would have carried on if I had time, I may go back to it later. The reason I put the video out today was because unfortunately my mum died yesterday. I would like to do a little tribute to her on the next video, but if I had waited until Saturday, then by the time the next one came out, it would have been two weeks. I feel OK, I feel a sense of relief that she is not suffering anymore and feel her with me in spirit. Take care, Jeff
@@DiecastPowderCoating Jeff, sorry for the delay in coming back. My sincere condolences for the loss of your mum. I understand the sense of relief but the pain of loss is still great. My Prayers are with you and your family.
@@adam-qf2vz Thank you so much for your kind thoughts. I am trying to throw myself at all the things that need to be done. I'm sure once this is all out of the way, I will then think about it and it will hit me then. Jenny is a great comfort and the walks with her certainly help. Take care, Jeff
Hi Jeff, hope your well, more work on the FZ50 it's a shame that the studs cant be undone I suppose to much hammering can crack the case, hope the paint goes on well. How is your Mum and Uncle.... Catch you soon and look after your self, Take care
Hi, Shaun and thanks for watching. I may come back to the case at some point. Adam said I may end up drilling them out. Unfortunately my mum died yesterday. The reason I released the video today was because it would have been two Saturdays time, before I could show the next video. I would like to do a little tribute on the next video. I am doing Ok, I feel a relief that she is not suffering anymore. For the last two weeks, she didn't really know I was there. I have a feeling she is now with me in spirit and back with my dad on what would have been their Wedding anniversary. My son has taken it very badly, he had a big argument with his girlfriend in the middle of the night. It made my wife ill as well. I was out with Jenny tonight and she called me to come back because he was smashing things up. I had a go at him saying that everyone is missing mum, but getting angry doesn't help anyone. My Uncle is still in hospital, they are trying to get him into a care home in Portsmouth. I haven't seen or told him about mum yet. I am waiting to pick up the death certificate, I will have to tell him then. Sorry it's all a bit depressing. Take care Jeff
Thank you so much Dave. I am doing OK, as I know that she is not suffering anymore. It the rest of the family arguing, my son has taken it very badly and had an argument with the wife. She's also having a go at me as she says I didn't listen to her. Take care, Jeff
Well done Jeff, interesting content as usual
