Subscribed. I play solo and only solo. Have all the Oniverse games and hundreds of others unfortunately, due to health been rather lazy this year. However, I took out Onirim and played it again. The cards are falling apart ! I usually use protective sleeves but there are very slippery and a lot of cards to cover. Anyway, enjoyed your game and hope you have lots more solo games. Thanks and Best Wishes from the UK.
@SirTheos, My favourite of the Oniverse series em, Nautilion ; Onirim ; Aerion. Even though I have he did in the series (cannot get the very first one that came out), I still haven't played Sylvion,Castelion and Stellarion.
I didn't play a board game for years. Somehow, lately, i was thinking why not starting to play solo, since my other half is not a fan of board games. Watching this, I realized I should start with this game. Thank you for the video👍.
I think Onirim is a great starting point for trying out solo games. It's easy to learn, quick to play and has quite a bit of replayability as well as difficulty scaling with all the expansions. 🙂
@SirThecos unfortunately, it's out of stock everywhere in my country. Do you have any idea why these Oniverse games are so difficult to find? I managed to order Nautilion. I also ordered Cascadia and Friday. Looking forward to having some fun once the games will be in my hand☺️. Thank you.
@@irissssssss The Oniverse games are quite popular, especially for solo players, and they were not reprinted as far as I know. I had such a hard time finding them all as well. A small printing was available at Spiel in Essen this year - this is where I got two of the remaining ones. Feel free to let me know how you like Nautilion, Cascadia, and Friday! 🙃
@SirThecos I've got Cascadia, it's fun. I like it. I love the nature theme games. The quality is good. It's all part of the experience. I am trying to play when I have some spare time, it's helping me to forget about work, stress and I can have some me time. I am still waiting for Friday and Nautilion to be delivered. I will have them soon. Thank you.
@@irissssssss Yes, I agree: Games really help me to relax as well, especially after a stressful day. Cascadia is one of the games that's great for that. Friday wasn't quite my cup of tea but I do like Nautilion. 😁
That is probably why you take this much risk by discarding too many cards without any effect. The keys have four functions to choose from, all of which you should make good use of. Either they're a defensive resource against a nightmare, or they're a cheep price for opening a door if you're in luck, or they're a symbol you might need for your labyrinth (especially the keys of the smaller colors in the deck) later on in the game, or they can make you get some control over the draw from the deck, especially early in the game. In the last case you could dispose of a nightmare you won't have to resolve anymore, if you're lucky to find it.
An interesting little game, I wonder what the replay value is like? I’d be interested to see any video you make with the expansions to get a feel for how they vary the game.
I'll definitely show off the expansions in the future! Some people say that the replay value isn't very high. They may be right but I play the game quite frequently anyway. ☺️
Looking forward to a playthrough with the other expansions, and also the rest of the Oniverse series!
You're in luck: This is all planned! Although it will take a bit for all videos to be recorded and released.

@@apollonia6656 Good selection! 😁
Just wanted to say that i am really enjoying your play throughs! Thanks so much for making videos.
I'm so happy to hear this - this means a lot to me! I hope you'll have much more fun with my future videos. ☺️

Good game! I cant wait to yet this game!
It's so great. 😊
Congratulations! What an intense game 😅😅😅
I know, right? 😅
Love this game and the expansions
Yes! 💯
Love this game! It was my first introduction into true solo board gaming back in 2015; haven't looked back since! (To my husband chagrin ;)
That's awesome! This is a great game - I completely understand that. 🙂
1 rule you might find helpful: keys can look at and rearrange the top 5 cards in the deck and then must discard 1 of them.
Yes, you're right - somehow, I use that rule rarely. I'm not sure why, though. 🤔

@Ginjago Yeah, I love playing the game as well. Definitely a mainstay in my collection. 🙂
Constant shuffling and reshuffling makes it unplayable.
I personally wouldn't call it unplayable but I sure understand that this can definitely be annoying. 😬
