Guys, that's standart brazilian kissing. It can go a lot crazier 😂
lol we weren't ready!! hahaha
I'm from Brazil!!! That's so nice seeing both commenting our version!.
Hey! Brazilian here!🇧🇷 Rsrs... You can keep trying to speak in Portuguese... We love to hear gringos trying to speak our language and... No problem with the mistakes. You're good! 😂😊 It's also very cool to hear your comments about culture!
So does gringo in Brazilian Portuguese mean white or foreigner?
@@dahliaherrod4301Foreigner, regardless of race. In Brazil, it doesn't have a negative meaning like other countries in Latin America
@@juliannajmp gotcha. This is interesting. I'm learning so much watching this show. I didn't know you guys used that word too. Do you feel well represented as a Brazilian with the cast and editing?
@@dahliaherrod4301 ermm... I wouldn't say well represented, but definitely realistic lol. The cast seems like a group of different stereotypes of middle class Brazilians
@@juliannajmp 😂 well I asked for honesty...
I'm so obsessed with this new version that I feel it's a duty to give you guys some context because I'm Brazilian 🇧🇷
So, due some financial issues and religious as well, many people don't get married, they just live together. After some time living together, the government considers you in a "união estável", which is something similar to a civil union.
So even tho some people there weren't "legally married or religious married", they have been in this "união estável"
This is a grey area. I could say that I had a "união estavel" for example... even tho for me it was just a relationship.
Now, Brazil as many other countries is very politically divided. What Leandro sounds to me is the "esquerdo macho" (a man who is left wing, because he knows how politics works and he wants to be in a "good side", I don't talk about politics, but we can all agree that Netflix and its major public is more liberal...).
So you were the first people on internet who were able to see how manipulative he might be. might.
In Brazil is completely normal to have your family close to you. We are Latinos after all. So the comment about her dad really sounded off to me as well. Like "I won't be your father" could be easily interpreated as "I won't provide for you".
I understand everybody needs to work, but that's the thing about this comment that sounds off to me. They have the same profession, so why is he saying this exactly? It really sounds off.
I had Brazilian boyfriends and one English boyfriend. At the end of the day, they are just men. There are good men and not so good men. But we (Brazilians) tend to show more affection.
I would love to participate in a livestream with you guys. Hahahaha to explain some of these differences. But I know it won't happen. Anyway, these are my two cents.
I think it is great to read about it because it can explain some comments which can hard to know how to interpreted or to form an opinion on.
@@Sarah-be2dx hahaha thank you, I got so excited that I can spot a lot of misspelling mistakes. There's another thing that it's a bit important: they are all from São Paulo, or what we call the metropolitan area of São Paulo. I don't know about anyone's finance, but this is the richest State of Brazil. I'm from São Paulo, so it was like watching people that I know. No one is wealthy there. Like really old money people. So if you had the impression listening to some of them... they are not! Uper class, yes, maybe. Rich, rich, old money rich? no.
Idk, when I watched this episode I saw the “I don’t wanna be your dad” comment as a build to “I don’t want you to be my mother”, which I find a valid comment because of the usual problem of some men being used to have their moms baby them and wanting their wife’s to do the same (like clean after them and make all their meals)
Renata talking about Patrick the way she did reminded me that he said very different things about himself to Mariela & to Renata. Remember that he told her that he makes a lot of money, has several apartments, etc…He gave a very different story to Mariela.
ooo yes that is a great point!
If I could recommend a love is blind series to watch, that I think you guys will love… I’d love is blind Japan. It’s for me was by far the one that was the most sweet and loving and done really well.
Same, Japan was my favorite.
I think they mentioned that they watched or knew about it in the last reaction? Could've been another LIB though
@@KamandaHickey Japen was amazing in the concept of what LIB is suppose to be.
I'm a secret romantic so Japan FTW! It was so sincere
Mitch has been wanting to watch Japan for a while and your comment makes me want to watch it even more!
I don’t even watch show but you two are just so wholesome! I feel like I’m sitting with my friends who have an annoyingly healthy relationship ❤
Analyst here! ✋🏼 When you said analytical people have issues when life doesn't fit in a spreadsheet. Haha. I felt that.
love the color coordination! the green and yellow details on your outfit to watch Love Is Blind Brazil :)
can't wait to see your reactions to the plot twists in the next episodes
Oh thank god…I needed this right after watching the debate. The RUclips algorithm really knows how to soothe me 😂
This is SO relatable 😭
Second 😂 hugs from Brazil 🇧🇷
Love Is Blind Brazil -- home of the Deep Deep Kiss 💋 Loved Ingrid's proposal ( like their coupling most so far)🤞💞
Okay, the way you feel about makeup is exactly how I feel. I hardly ever wear it, and when I do, it feels like I'm playing pretend. It wasn't until I watched the movie Dumplin' on Netflix that I really understood drag and what it meant to perform gender, then I was like, OH I'm gonna go out on my Lady Face! Now it's like a character I wear, Fancy Lady Laura, lol.
I have heard from a few people that Brazilians are big on kissing and will just be like, "Hey wanna make out?" and of course, stereotype, but also, the Brazilians on the show might be the people who give it that reputation? lol, there are worse stereotypes.
And I think we all could care less about the hosts and their stupid love. Very relatable content.
Prepare yourself for even more mess. Lolz.

Heey, brazilian here 🇧🇷 Don’t worry about your pronunciation, the fact you’re trying to is what really matters! We really appreciate you when you do that 🫶🏼 btw we pronounce the X like “sh” so - aleh - shan - dreh
If you think five couples is enough! I would love to see you two experience Love Is Blind Japan which goes above five - that is my only spoiler!
As an Oregonian who is very much against the "greater Idaho" proposition...no, we do not claim Idaho as part of the majestic PNW 😂
4:00 is when the video starts
The whole pig/dolphin/rat thing was INCREDIBLE
In Pittsburgh there's a town called North Versailles, except if you're a Pittsburgher you call it North Ver-Sales. we can immediately tell if you're an out-of-twner when you say it like a French person would.
I cannot be trusted with ANYTHING near my eyes 😂😂 I opt out of mascara and plucking my eyebrows myself these days 😭 can’t explain why, but my hand just WANTS to slip into my eyeball
i just found out that patrick is friends with one of my best friend's ex. he appears in the show. so now i have off screen spoilers, it's great
First of all I find sooo sweet that you care of pronouncing the names correctly. You are saying them right, the only thing is that in some of them, especially the ones with the letter 'R', you can hear an american accent, but I can´t think of a similar sound of our 'R' sound. The only tip I can think of to give you is that the letter 'I' has a similar sound of the english pronounciation of the letter 'E' and alaso names that do not end with a vowel like patrick, to pronouce correctly you need to put an e in the end. I hope this was helpfull.
super helpful! thank you!!
So I know it’s very different but have y’all seen the Netflix doc “Tell Them You Love Me”? I cant stop thinking about it and I need my fave react channels to talk about it!! (TW: SA!)
This saved my day 😊
I hated the pods editing. We didn't saw most of the couples developing their connection from the beginning so is like we're cathing up late. It's harder to engage
Rats have fur. Pigs have peach fuzz
I always stab myself with the mascara brush!! Thank you for making me feel less alone😂😂
I'm so glad I'm not the only one!!
Renata's ( I spelled her name wrong last video ) dress is the most gorgeous 🔥
There's a town here in Cape Town its spelt Worcester ad the people laugh at you if you say it the English way😭 they say it in Afrikaans as "Voo-ster" ???😂😂😂😂
U might need the English talking because it is going to get ugly real quick, and you want to look at the expressions and behaviors instead of all the very quick reading that is about to take place. Several people talking at once, ALOT. GET READY OF THE DRAMA!
ahhhh!! can't wait!!
I'm suspicious of Leonardo. It's giving manipulation a bit.. too much selfhelp salesman. I wish she would've pick the other guy. He had a horrible haircut and seemed more genuine. Leonardo.. I don't know.
First?? 😂
This season of LIB Brazil is terrrrible
