I'm sooooo glad you guys are dubbing these now. If majority doesn't enjoy it then that's totally fine but honestly hoping majority agrees with me. Lol. I am a busy mama who has ADHD and I listen to you guys while I do things sometimes propped up sometimes not looking at all. Lol. I tried watching the sub ones but couldn't follow at all what was happening. Perfect match and quite a few other shows I watch then watch y'all react. This one I wouldn't watch on my own but love this community. You guys/the other watchers and our convos are like the last safe place on the Internet imo lol so I've enjoyed being able to watch this with you guys now. Lol.

Theres this line in The Secret Life of Bees 🐝 that I resonate with.... Therea a character who is really affected by how others feel and her sister (Queen Latifah) wxplains that the character had a twin sister and they were totally connected they felt eachothers feelinga if one got spanked welts would pop up on the other ..... and when her sister died it was like the whole world be came her twin sister 💔 thats how i feel sometimes when i see sadness i feel sadness when others are happy im happy
I quickly read through the comments and didn’t see this so ignore if it’s a dupe, but at girls night Ariela had on the same outfit she did the night she fought with Evandro, left the note and ring, and packed her bags and left. If that’s the case that would make sense she was hella late to the party and when she arrived was all about her story and in a heightened anxious state. Then she gets there and tells her story and people don’t 100% agree with her and then when Marilia says she’s going to leave let’s toast (to the girls) she misinterprets it as toasting to her bc everything is the Ariela show. Definitely makes sense when you think back if all that happened the same night she was just completely overwhelmed and was not in the right state of mind to go and have a good time with the girls. She is definitely a party pooper and has to be center of attention. I hope she gets the counseling she needs to deal with her trauma.
Ariela's dad is an English bloke, they have this weird sense of humor, but he spoke Portuguese the entire time with Evandro. Guys, the way you guys see racism is a little bit different that how we see in Brazill and in Europe.
I understand that Ariela doesn't seem to be dealing well with this situation, she's making like it’s all about her but I think more than one thing could be happening at the same time. I think Ariela didn't have the best intentions to talk about what Evandro told the women but I think she didn't lie about them. It's okay if anyone dated/hooked up with other people up until seconds before recording the show, but none of the men were honest, upfront with their (new but consensual) partners, from what was seen in this episode. Evandro telling Ariela about the guys doesn't seem to come from the best intentions either. It seems that Evandro only told Ariella about Alexandre and Patrick to justify himself. Again, he doesn't need to justify his past life or dating choices but I still think he's doubling down about how serious what he had was. She's not giving him space to open up, but it seems to me that he's taking advantage of this to hide things from her. With the women I think Ariela is completely wrong but with Evandro I think there is something strange there, even though it doesn't justify her problematic actions towards him.
Love the new video. Love the length of it more about the discussions because I do remain concern until you watch episode 7, I'm unsure if there's going to be less footage because of concerns exposed in video for episode 5 and would explain why you would describe the scene than showing footage or if it will be center more on the commentary and discussion. I noticed how the conversation about Renata changed on the show. First they didn't believe she actually liked Alexandre, now we hear things like "she's too involved, she buys everything he says cuz she wants to To please him all the time"..
Ariela is very stuck in her own head. She thinks she’s being deceived when she’s not. Or even if she is. She’s freaking out on everyone about it. It’s really hard to watch at some points where she just doesn’t let people speak because she’s upset. I think it’s ok to be concerned. You barely know these people. But at the same time. That’s why you came on this show. I don’t think she’s ready to blindly accept someone and learn who they are a week before getting married. I think she was mistreated to the point of traumatizing her in her last relationship. And now she has a lot of wounds that don’t look like they’ve healed just yet for a relationship. Some people grow from previous relationships, some are spiteful or regretful.
But let this not be me bashing her. I think she has a good read on avandro? Can’t remember if that’s his name. He’s shady and there’s something up with him not being completely honest, then there’s more to come out in the later episodes. He wasn’t terribly honest with her. Dubbed is awful but I watch with subtitles so I just take it as it is 😩 I love to hear people’s real voice, it displays way better their emotions and the language is beautiful.
