This track is part of my "Shin Megami Tensei: The Piano Collections" compilation, which features various tracks from various Shin Megami Tensei video games arranged for piano. Video games being featured include but are not limited to Nocturne, Persona 3, Persona 4, Strange Journey, Digital Devil Saga 1, Digital Devil Saga 2, and Devil Summoner.
This track is The Fear of God from the game Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey for the Nintendo DS (2009). This music serves as the prominent battle music throughout the game. The piece itself features a dark chant section that contrasts with a sort of victorious and melodic fanfare theme that appears later. This translated well with the piano, especially at the more melodic parts.
