Eric deserves his own award for Doing what happens to all working Trucks, Overcoming Breakdowns & Obstacles. Glad Challenger came thru with a Lift for the Shop
Eric in my opinion you guys definitely surprised a lot of people with how you got through everything without having a modified tow truck like everyone else. I will give you credit that was an incredible save the car ended up on it's side but you keep the tow truck on it's wheels. When you can impress Rory that says a lot. I am looking forward to your next video
You have contributed more to the off road community than any of the others. You traveled the farthest, incurred the most expenses, and competed out of your element, all without the resources some others may have. You and your team are the best. Thank you.
Eric and crew seem like such genuinely nice people! Super happy about the lift and I think it’s really cool how Matt credits you as the OG of RUclips recovery. What a great community to be apart of!
The next WGames need to be in your neck of the woods. That way it makes it fair for yall
Eric, once you've got the wrecker in the shop, I'd love to see a video of you going over damage, any improvements you have in mind, and any lessons you learned for next year.
For being out of your normal environment and running a rig that wasn't set up for rock crawling trails, your team did a phenomonal job! Big thumbs up!!!
Love your chan Eric. I just recently realized what "BSF" stands for. In the same vid I found out you don't charge , but volunteer your time and equipment to help others. I have so much respect for you and Mara. Congratz on getting the new shop and also on the lift you were given at the games. It's good to see that others appreciate what you are doing. You and Mara are the type that everyone wants for a neighbor. Greetings and best wishes from Eastern Canada.
Nothing against coil overs, link suspensions, 6 or more winches on a truck, but. You, Rory and Merlon just showed how capable old school leafs and simpler design can be. KISS baby!
Team BSF are ROCKSTARS
30 min, 1 hour, or lord of the rings 3 hours.. we are here for it Eric!
Thanks for representing Wisconsin so well. Next games should be in Midwest mud.
Outstanding play so far Eric, I love your never give up mentality and the fact that you know your truck so well, nothing bothers you. You are the most compromised because your rig was made for a very different environment. You are doing great, keep it up. Catch you on the next one, stay safe.
The ironic and fun thang about the wrecker games is when the wrecker breaks you can fix it and carry on … for the regular off-roading events when those expensive buggies and what not break they gotta call y’all to tow them out. 🤣🤣🤣🤣👊🏻💪🏻
Eric always seems to be having fun. You can tell he really loves the sport and he knows his stuff.
The mutual respect from all to all the competitors was just awesome. It was great to watch how each competitor made sure the others were safe / good / back on the trail. Nothing but good clean fun had by all. Friendships built that will last a lifetime. This terrain was definitely out of your wheelhouse, but you handled like a pro... After watching the others, I now understand why they bob the front ends (to avoid damage, and to fit into tight spaces). A agree with some of the other comments, it would be nice to see what the ending damage was, and what were the lessons learned... Also congrats on the new lift... well deserved.
You post it, we’ll watch it. Loved watching the full bodied wrecker doing work.
BSF Welding Winner! No welding gear. Field expedient measures taken and a weld made that would have got a broke down vehicle out the woods. That is overcoming adversity and getting the job done. I was impressed. Definitely the Winner, well done Eric.
Eric, you did amazingly well. So much for you and your team to be proud of. For a rig that wasn't built for that terrain, it came down to a lot of your skill ability. The simple fact is that your rig is incredible, and you do it all to just help your local off roaders. You understand, and know your rig so well, even things like knowing (and adding) certain points on your rig for failure specifically as it means it's a fast easy fix to do.
The Wrecker Games were a RIOT......Matt & Crew came up with a great idea. I was kinda here and there before the Games started but once they did I was full on hoping you'd win. The trail repairs proves how good all of you guys are. The funniest thing was Merlin & Colt getting that PreWar Chevy/Cummins to eat on the heavy pull....bloody funny. When you were awarded for never quitting I lost it. That lift will be a great addition to the shop. Just look at that shop of yours...well done, well deserved !!
