I like the fact that this is just a tribute to the show. Not to a particular character or Doctor. It isn't to do with the Ten Doctors or Colourisations. It is a tribute to the show we all love. Thank you BabelColour, yet another masterpiece.
Just gonna say it, this is hands down the best Doctor Who tribute I've ever seen. The song, the editing, the seamless combination of clips from the first forty-eight years of Who, it just captures everything I love about the series and just how much it means to me. Given next year will mark not only a new era of the show, but its fifty-fifth anniversary, I think it would be the perfect time to see an update to this video including clips from series 7-10 (possibly 11 if it airs before Nov 2018).It would be an update which I would love to see.
Just visiting some older babelcolour videos and I have to add how fantastic this is. It always makes me wonder how such videos are produced. I mean I think I have a pretty good knowledge of Doctor Who but then how can you remember such things as the sixth Doctor jumping over the chair which perfectly matches the eleventh Doctor doing the same?? Thereby knowing to add these two moments together in the video. That part always blows my mind. It's kind of a small moment but shows what an encyclopaedic knowledge of the show you must have! Thanks so much for these awesome tributes to the show
I couldn't love this more if I tried! I didn't think anyone else would be a Carbon Leaf AND a Doctor Who fan but I guess some other people have taste as good as my own. LOL thanks so much for sharing,
i can see why you chose this song, it's so amazing! i haven't stopped listening to it! the tribute is amazing, and i can see that you've put a couple of SJA clips in it too. the song is such an amazing fit to doctor who. well done, i can say that on behalf of all whovians across the world! :D
This is probably not the first time that I've commented on this video, but I have to say, after a couple of watchings... I think that impresses me the most is your command of the material. Literally a million scenes to choose from, and you picked exactly the right one every time. Just brilliant.
Love this. Much screaming here. The kids and I try to yell out the number of each Doctor as we see him. The Five Doctor episode clip does cause a bit of a cacophony. Thank you for all these great vids.
Enjoy? I moved, no joke.Sir, you're amazing. The Doctor himself would be proud of you. Your best video. The way the images matches the lyrics and the music is astounding! And the chosen images too.
You never fail to impress mate, I loved the old version...I adore this one!!! Well done. Clips with the Brig and Sarah still bring a lump to my throat though....
As always, painstakingly crafted brilliance. For anyone green to DW your videos are the perfect way to fire people's passion and interest for the show.
This is really so awesome... I am always so happy when I see videos that acknowledge that Dr Who has a much longer history than many people currently acknowledge.. Hats off to you!
Surely, Babelcolour, you have the mind of a Time Lord yourself. Who else could hear a song and come up with the ideal 1.58 seconds of Doctor Who footage to go with a particular phrase? Also, thumbs up for getting Richard Hurndall in there!
This is Totally Awesome, Each Clip fits like a jigsaw and goes with the song. Lines like "Somethings Always at Stake" and "Future was made". Top Marks here, a Truely wonderful video. Going straight into my favorites, being liked as well. Thank you for this awesome vid.
totally BRILLIANT !!! FANTASTIC !!! watch all your videos and think they are "fantastic",all the time and effort put in to these amazing creations that you share with us,thank you for spoiling us who fans.....alonsi
...a Babelcolour tribute to THIS SONG??? This song that has, thanks to Calapine, been the unofficial Doctor Who theme song for me for ages? I think I just died and went to heaven!
BabelColour you are my favorite youtuber I mean just look at your COOL AND BRILLIANT AND FANTASTIC videos all of them are just so good I can't but it in words you deserve millions of jelly babies
Perfect. It uses clips from each Doctor's era in such seamless ways. My favorites parts are with the title sequences, and the bit with the Doctor's eyes.
I vividly remember Calapine's video from years back and it was definitely one of my early favorites, so it truly means something when I say you went beyond sir.
Nice use of that song. I have the original Calapine 'What about Everything?' video downloaded, as well as the 'What About Everything? 1.5' they released later with newer clips. Glad to see you use this. Lovely video, as ever sir.
I think what I love most about this video is that it touches on everything Doctor Who can be. It's funny, it's campy, it's adventurous, it's heartbreaking, it's epic, it's thought-provoking, and it's completely out of left field sometimes. Doctor Who may be the lightest of science fiction, but it certainly knows how to tell a story.
I love all your Dr. Who vids, but I really see why you wanted to do this one. The song is great and I loved the video clips used through the whole thing. It's definitely memorable.
This is one of those videos I keep going back to, since the first one, LOL. This song is my daughter's favorite song and has been for about, what, 10 years now, since your original? My goodness this is brilliant. Co-signed on everyone else's opinion that this is simply the best.
How do you do it? No matter what kind of day you've had you can just come here and watch one of your videos and feel instantly better. Another triumph Babel *round of applause*
this was a great song to fit with the scenes, ive also watched your sarah jane and brigadier tribute, so sad. Im not only liking, but im subscribing. You really had covered everything :D
May I just say--WOW! I've seen different compendium versions, as well as tributes you've done yourself and this video just blows them completely out of the water. BEST.VIDEO.EVER. (Period) Not a second of fluff, no wrong steps, perfect coordination between music and video.. Makes me proud just to be a fan. (and a Doctor Who fan as well)
In my opinion, this is the best Doctor Who montage ever. Thank You.
Still watching in 2024!!
Ten years later…still packs a punch.
This is the most perfect thing in all the universe.
Still legendary
I like the fact that this is just a tribute to the show. Not to a particular character or Doctor. It isn't to do with the Ten Doctors or Colourisations. It is a tribute to the show we all love. Thank you BabelColour, yet another masterpiece.
I have watched this a million times over. Best Who compilation ever!!!
Thank you :)
Just gonna say it, this is hands down the best Doctor Who tribute I've ever seen. I love how What About Everything has become more or less the official 'All The Doctors' vid song.
Love this song. Love to watch a updated version.
Thanks so much for these awesome tributes to the show
This is simply perfect. Not many videos prompt or cause a tear to be shed, this, however, is one of them.
Thank you. I'm relieved you've been able to see it: RUclips have blocked it from playing on mobile devices for years :(
I second that BabelColour, cracking video! Glad I can see it again (on my desktop) as I have just been trying on my tablet for ages lol.
Really cool video. I love how the lyrics match the images, quite brilliant. Btw 2018 this works well on my phone
this is beutiful!
Wonderful stuff.
The Best one ever
This is really good
Thx u babel colour, you reminded me of the good ol days of being a kid watching christer eccelson back in 05
This is easily the single best Doctor Who montage ever made. The BBC should use this to advertise the 50th Anniversary. Superb.
This just gets better and better with every viewing. Should be a compulsory "Extra" on every new Doctor Who DVD release. Perfection
I couldn't love this more if I tried! I didn't think anyone else would be a Carbon Leaf AND a Doctor Who fan but I guess some other people have taste as good as my own. LOL thanks so much for sharing,
Well that's just wonderful. Simply saying "Good Job" isn't even enough. Just superb. Thank you so much.
Oh BabelColour. Beautiful, beautiful BabelColour with your excellent, excellent videos. Magnificent!
This is by far my favorite BabelColour video. Couldn't find it for a while. I'm so glad it's back :D
This is the best Doctor Who video I've ever watched. It makes me feel really peaceful and happy and sad.
YAY!!! This was uploaded on my 21st birthday! Thank you for this great birthday present! :) I absolutely LOVE The Doctor! ^_^
i can see why you chose this song, it's so amazing! i haven't stopped listening to it! the tribute is amazing, and i can see that you've put a couple of SJA clips in it too. the song is such an amazing fit to doctor who. well done, i can say that on behalf of all whovians across the world! :D
Let me see... I've officially watched/listened to this song continuously... 12 times in a row? So much enjoyment from this song.
This is probably not the first time that I've commented on this video, but I have to say, after a couple of watchings... I think that impresses me the most is your command of the material. Literally a million scenes to choose from, and you picked exactly the right one every time. Just brilliant.
Please make an updated version of this video Babelcolour, it really is a wonderful tribute to the greatest show in the galaxy
I've been thinking recently about whether to update it or not. I might do a version that brings us up to Series 10.
@@BabelColour I'd love to see an updated version of this. This is the first video of yours I ever saw.
Brilliant song (suits Doctor Who perfectly), brilliantly put together, as usual Babelcolour you remain the best at making Who videos
How very giving! I wish more people share that sentiment!
I just re-watched this video and wished I could favorite it twice. It is truly, truly brilliant.
A lot of people try to make this type of video but you're one of the few that actually pulls it off.
Just when I think you can't possibly top the last one.... that's exactly what you do.
Stupendous work.
Another stunner, Babelcolour. I've long been a big fan of Calapine's video using this song, so it's wonderful to see it used again.
Love this. Much screaming here. The kids and I try to yell out the number of each Doctor as we see him. The Five Doctor episode clip does cause a bit of a cacophony. Thank you for all these great vids.
Beautiful video! The split second that with the Brigadier during the lyric about soldiers and battle scars really got to me.
The change between 8th to 9th/10th Doctor to 11th Titles is the one of the best shots in this video. Seamless.
When it comes to new uploads, Babelcolour is always worth the wait :)
Brilliant tribute, loved the little Davros compilation :D

Yet again brilliant, BabelColour - great song (Carbon Leaf are brilliant) and great collection of clips.

THIS IS BLODDY FANTASTIC!!!

Also, thumbs up for getting Richard Hurndall in there!
Being someone who grew up with Doctor Who, I'm proud to say this made me tear up.
