Please pray for me to hear Lord Clearer
When I was a teen, I was at my lowest and dealing with an insane amount of deaths. I had gotten to a point that I became an atheist and no longer believed, and was at a point of contemplating my own life. One night I had sat in an empty park with a knife and nearly brought myself to ending it all. I ended up going home and just sat in my room crying endlessly. Near the ceiling of my room I saw this golden light unlike any light I had ever seen before, but it also felt contained and physical. It felt warm and calming. It asked me a question that I heard in my mind rather than my ears, "What are you doing?" then it disappeared. I can't explain what happened but everything inside me knows that it was God and that one question flooded my being and became my turning point. I realized the error in what I was doing and decided to live through all that should come my way. I was reminded of how beautiful this place is and what I took for granted, even the subtle things like color, the trees, the clouds, and even the wind blowing over my skin. God speaks to us in so many ways. Anyways, just wanted to share that experience since I never really told many about it before.

I closed my eyes and felt his presence. I cried so hard ❤️❤️❤️ Thankyou lord.
Oh what profound teaching...especially the reference to the three voices, secular, satanic and the Spirit. I particularly like his description of the secular. It is so subtle...for it looks for loopholes around how not to pursue God's righteousness. This hit me to the core because when I first became a Christian...I noticed that so many Christians would talk church lingo, but then would participate in conversations and activities that were so much like where I had just come from (the world). Essentially, I couldn't even tell the difference between the world and the church. They talked about the same ungodly movies and songs, drank the same way...and even at times cussed the same way...Now...I am not disputing that some of us are growing and that mistakes won't happen. But there was a definite lack of desire for God and the things of God...It is heart-breaking actually because we are called to be the salt of this earth. Why would we want to just blend in and lose our flavor? Why would we want to simply conform? We have done such a good job of keeping our Christianity a secret that is hardly discernible to others. That said, I also find that people are quick to say "The Holy Spirit told me..." and whatever the blank is...it is clear to me that it is not of God, but it is secular. Like I had a friend who told me that once that the Holy Spirit told her to watch a movie...that was demonic for educational purposes...sigh...as Hernandez said...it is so crucial that we surrender ourselves and our desires to God...and stop listening to the secular...aka flesh for loopholes, deceiving ourselves into thinking it is the voice of the Holy Spirit in order to follow our own lusts which in turn only lead us away from God.

I know what you mean, I started this path to seek God a short time ago...but disappointingly I know of some "Christians" who know the word of God but completely do the opposite of what is right or what is according to Him.
I have just been encouraging myself by remembering how I used to be before God so radically transformed me and His work is far from finished. Then, I am able to look upon them with compassion and not give up. Sometimes, we don't realize how much of a difference we can make within our sphere of influence. I have been fortunate to be mentored by really godly teachers and their desperation to serve God with their whole hearts set the basis for me to follow with the same intensity. And just recently, I have noted that many of my Christian friends have been emulating me and for that reason I try to walk even more closely to God. We just have to keep letting the God in us shine. Thanks for sharing

That is amazing! Do not lose faith. As Hebrews 11:1 says, "Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance of what we do not see." Jesus has a plan for your life. He simply wants you to obey and listen to Him (even when it's hard). If you don't feel Him speaking to you right now, do not lose heart! He is there with you, even if it does not feel like He is beside you. He carries you through your storms. Let Him be the centerpiece of your life once more! God bless you xo

I had that experience and l did hear his roaring strong voice,,tell me this words,,IN MY TIME NOT YOURS,and l felted a moment where l started crying and couldn't contained myself shaking..I was asking God WHY he still sick and l have all this churches and social media praying for healing of my husband and when out of nowhere that roaring voice came through..thank you Jesus..my husband healed at exactly 1 week after that encounter..
Wow! This was so helpful. I desire to hear the voice of God. I want his Guidance in my life, so His will be done in my life. I don't want to live with what If's. Thank you for this message. I believe I heard the voice saying He will give me grace no matter my decisions concerning whether I should take the vaccine. I felt a warmth and love inside of me, and I believe it was Him speaking to me through my vocal chords.

I had to repeat 34:34. You gave a Word of knowledge and it hit me. I'm sitted right here, a woman in purple and I crave to hear from God always. And I've always sensed that I had the prophetic anointing but I've heard myself of late telling God 'I'm not sure he gave me the prophetic gift, I'm not sure I'm called into it because I don't see myself fully in operation in it😢. I have heard Gods voice twice in my life. Once the night before my grandfather died, I heard a voice say "tell him you love him" I don't remember if I did, I just turned 17 that December, four days before Christmas he died from a massive heart attack, it was in 1981. The next time was when I asked Jesus to give me "more" strength to quit smoking, after I had asked him to give me strength the first time which was only about ten minutes before, and after I asked him to give me "more" strength, I heard an audible voice just as before in 1981 when my grandfather died, he said to me, "I already have". Just as soon as I heard his voice, I was able to put that cigarette down and never had an urge to even have another one since this happened in 2008, I wanted to stop smoking because our body's are the temple of the Holy Ghost. This is my testimony, I have other things I've "seen" before seeing them happen, I've spoken death into existence to a cocky mouthed neighbor boy and he died by the very way I told him he would die, if he didn't change his way. I wished I hadn't spoken it cause I know there's life and death in our tongue. I've even experienced a physical protection in the case of losing control of my car, my car spun around and had backed up and stopped emediately in front of someone's garage without touching or hitting anything. Like I said I've experienced a few things that are not normal to the worldly man. Thank you for your teaching! I'm sorry, I've actually heard my name called once when I was just about 12 or 13 years old, I looked around and saw no one. So now I know I've heard his voice three times, and not two as I said earlier.

Today I used the scripture Psalm 37:23 for someone today, and God just used it for comfirmation when you used it in your sermon. Wow God is amazing and He is there through it all. I like the next verse 24

On Jan 3 I heard audibly out of my belly ( literally) " Lay it Down" ....instantly I knew it was Jesus . but what blows me away isi heard my own voice instantly respond" yes Lord" .....I know my deepest heart longs to be able to lay it down..my spirit communed with God saying Yes Lord....I feel like so scared cause I've not laid it down without picking it back up again.woe is me

I love that you said many people already hear the voice of God and they don't know it. One great tip I learned is that the voice of God sounds like a sporadic thought in your mind out of "nowhere" but it came from God, then you use those guidelines to determine if its satanic, spiritual, or secular. Mark Virkler has excellent teaching on this.

Wow. I was just praying about this yesterday. I understand the Holy Spirit and the satanic. I was asking God what is the other voice I'm hearing. I find that the other voice seems to be a 'common sense' voice, but I didn't believe it was God speaking to me. I chose to stand with what I believe is the voice of the Spirit. I surrendered to God's will and His alone. I am in the battle of my life. I choose God's will above all.
I'm the same way as a teen now and love learning about early Christians, and the Bible always communicated the level of Christianity I'm at now throught the Bible, even when I was 9

I don’t care what people say to me ,I’m sticking with God
before watching I have had a bad headache and the pain was coming from my right temple, so I put my one headphone in and listened to the video and prayed along with by the time the video was finished the pain had completely left and I didnt even go in with the intent to remove the pain. God's word is just amazing, even the little sufferings are not to little for a little healing :)
After struggeling with lots of oppression and what felt like possesion at times duo to unclean thoughts I was crying out for forgiveness and deliverence from my sins, plus healing for the ones inflicted by my sins, I called out for jesus to help me and mediate to god and immediately I felt warm and blissful, I went to bed and as I woke up I heard a soft wisper: „I forgive you“ at first I was sceptical if it is from god or a deceiving spirit, but wouldn‘t make so much sense to say I forgive you for dark entities…

"The LORD is giving you such boldness" everytime my mentor at church prays over me, thats what he says Lord is telling him. And I can concur. I don't really waiver, I might struggle with something the Lord is telling me but immediately ask Him and pray for guidance and Wisdom if it is truly Him. But I have no issue Him my everything, I have given him everything and will trust Him to lead My life wherever He wants.
Yes, on this...my Dad worked on this with me...he trained fighter pilots.. to be cool headed especially when things shake or chaos..emergencies. He was an excellent teacher...taught me defensive and offensive driving when I was still 9 years old. He could hardly wait...he and my mother were not perfect but they gave me all they had and it was excellent.. my Heavenly Father same thing only I can't begin to tell you. ALL GLORY TO GOD!

About 5 months or so after I was saved, I was laying on my bed. Then I heard a voice saying; " drop everything and get into ministry and get on your knees and pray." So, I laid there for a few moments, then I got on my knees to pray. the next day at work, I went up to my fried who is a prophetess, stuttered and said no, the enemy likes to disrupt God"s timing, but the enemy won"t tell you to pray. Still waiting patiently to hear his voice.

I get so many revelations with this guy.
A few weeks ago I’ve had this thought, leave your design degree, now I’m an artist, and it was the obvious thing to study , t I was really not enjoying it , but I thought maybe next year it’ll be better and after that I’ll have a degree
But it made no sense for me to leave
I’ve prayed every day but heard nothing
I said God , I’ve prepared an email about my resignation, send a rain and I’ll quit
No rain , but still the same thoughts
Then imagine me , hearing him say , you say God send fire send rain sent whatever, instead of sitting in silence and listening
The thing is God had already revealed to me I’ll have to learn how to hear his voice a month ago or so
I was crying laughing when I heard his message
Laughing!!!!! Then sat down and waited in quite
And then he said send an email , I did
And I’ve got this long message about the guidance towards the next step
This is the first time i am having a practical revelation on our to hear the voice of the Holyspirit. discerning Secular, Satanic and the voice of the Spirit. Tnx a lot for this. More of God's grace and wisdom amen.
