Great training feedback, very informative for viewers online and that's not always the case with online coaching video's. I always feel like Frolov's video's offer an extra dimension in terms information, stance, tactics, cleverness
The newer guy definitely showed some good stuff. Some slipping, blocking, even punching off of the slip. Also when he would move forward, he didn’t just chase/follow. But he would shuffle and cut off the angles on occasion. Based off how new he seems, grey shorts did very well
No. He didnt. He took A LOT OF punches and barely landed any. If he’s gonna peek a boo, he needs to lose weight or just adopt a new technique to close the distance.
@@newagain9964 imagine that: a new guy taking a lot of punches. Have you ever been new to sparring in your life? Or at least have you ever sparred someone more experienced than you?
@@connorplagens8670 he is right tho, peek a boo need much more speed and he was getting raped by jabs all the time. Not good to learn to peek a boo if you are slow. He better train more traditional instead.
@@colorfulbleeding Yes training traditional for a beginner is good to learn basics. However, a new guy will be taking punches even if he/she uses the most basic stances/styles. A beginner is a beginner. Edits: For a beginner, he was slipping a lot of punches. Managing distance well at times. Hands up.
Very good boxing, diff skill levels yes, but when blue corner got in close with red corner you could see the power within red corner, blue corner moved very well and fluid was really nice to watch, if you dont win but come away with new skills and understanding then you have won to.
The guy with green gloves needs to be taught how to switch stances properly, he does it in a very dangerous way since in many cases he nearly gets out of balance. His style is very rare, which makes him effective, since he is new he still has time. Would love to see more of him in the future.
It’s been a while since he actually boxed so it’s probably gonna be hard to find but he was a national champ pretty sure cause he’s master of sport, he’d have to release the footage himself
He honours the sport with a proper referee uniform

"Your attack is too primitive" haha Great comment from a technical master coach. Love your channel coach frolov
Beautiful coaching in terms of training and role play… wish you all the best- thank you 🙏🏻

He definitely has the right idea with his slipping and foot work, with practice he will learn how to move better with his frame. Hope he stays with it

He even dressed like a ref. Brilliant
That was very professional 👏
I really appreciated his words at the end. True sportsmanship.
Love the way you train... I can see a full love of boxing from your heart. Great from Vietnam...
If big guy keeps it up he will get fit and it will only get easier.
The coach dressing professionally for a sparring session🤙🤟
This channel is the best!!!!

"even if its not, sasha, im sure you can stretch it"
😆
I would like to have this kind of coach in munich or at least a russian coach.
Alexey is 80 here??? he looks great!
Hope Sasha dropped the peek-a-boo stuff he didnt have the stamina, athleticism or know-how to make it work.
Sasha needs to drop around 30kg, it’ll make him twice as fast
That’s a lovely vid - I’m starting to wish I lived in Moscow … where do I get a Frolov t-shirt?
Love the referee uniform. He looks like a Russian Mills Lane: Mills Lanov.
The fat guy showed some courage.
Great video
Lol SD? they trynna be considerate but love to both
That Bowtie just sets it off....Like a Nation Of Islam Beanpie
Thats how boxing reffs dress
@@Crano_Brakebart with dignity and honor no doubt
Does frolov have any fights that I can watch of him?

Love it
The best
Dude either needs to learn better defence / offense. Or never box
Man at least he’s getting in the gym and trying to get a workout
The heavier guy has a style like Mike Tyson. If only he can move his head more and throw uppercuts.
Хороший бой.
