Managed to keep him imprisoned for over a hour, thats about double of what the Jailer managed to keep you in the Maw.

I hope they keep Bex's Wild Ride in, throw in more scenery, and tune the duration. Great way to blow time when you're bored and just want to hang out with guildmates

That new flying Looks Like the Griffon in guild wars2. Nice. Will add alot of fun to the Exploration.
I think it's Cool that the Turtle travels all across Azeroth. If you look at the Zones, the Turtle goes Exactly South from North, reaching Pandaria which is the Southest Continent of Azeroth,then does a big U shape route, back to Dragon Isles, while touching Kalimdor. It's neat. However I would've wanted it to stop by at Tel'Abim bananaland
Inb4 they add Tel'Abim to the game 5 years down the road, but you'd only know if you took Beks wild ride two expansions from now.

About that tour on a turtle boat.. What if this is how it was suppose to be (ofc updated in the next versions), but just a tour boat where players hop on and goes for a trip around Azeroth that takes like 30-60 min..

Edit: so there are in fact many flying demons. However current demon hunters missed the memo. gotta see if they'll be updated so they can fly.
If I recall they originally wanted Demon Hunters to fly but they kept breaking the in model flight if someone pressed space bar so they had to remove the option.
Later down the line they also made a comment about in lore how most demons can't fly so it would of HUGELY depended on what type they were bound to which the common demon hunter got: Succubus, Felhound, Imp in the Illidan novel.

@apetit8687 I argee with your thoughts on the dragon forms. If you can't tell, I like dragons (My fursona is a dragon after all). The flaw with me when I find interests in any monsters, I tend to have high standards for them. For anthro dragons, like dragonborns, I prefer to draw them bulky. And when I frist saw the Dracthyr, I didn't like their model at frist, it felt too thin. (Although, to be fair, if they did made him bulky, there is gonna be that one crazy yiff-hungry furry who is probably drawing a comic of their Dracthyr banging their sona as we speak)
I might not play as them if I get back on WoW, infact I don't play as the DH much because I keep forgetting that they're the only class that can double jump.
So far, Dragonflight seem to have promise. Let's pray that the writers learn their lesson from SL

TBH they look goofy af. Idk why they went anthro, it gives me uncanny valley vibes. Like, go 100% one way or another, either sexy humanoid that can turn epic like we already get with the aspects, or full on slithering and crawling, you get me? This fucking thing, you look too close and the arms and the majority of the legs look like a human arm with a claw glove on. I don't even care about dragons so idk man does it matter? I just want to play a character that looks cool.

Spellslinger from Wildstar charging up that second shot you unlocked. That massive " Fuck you " attack you could use your overcharge on and if you critical hit something with it, it just exploded into gibs. God I miss Wildstar and the RP community on there. I miss my mordesh spellslinger and their cool zombie survival town. Lol.
@@Khornecussion and also just the dynamic of being fast and ranged, like the spellslinger and the esper felt so clean whereas the engi felt bulky but versatile. Literally ALL the classes felt so fun to play at least to me. I miss my Mechari Stalker, Aurin Esper, and my Human Engineer to death all in all ☠️

It’s not even a Blizzard thing, steam greenlight really kicked it off and it’s just been a successful business model since. Minimises resource cost and if it’s anything to go by, gamers are MUCH better at finding bugs, glitches, and exploits than game developers.

I tried out the Dracthyr yesterday finally, and the flying was so good. I went from Stormwind Keep to the Harbor and the feeling is so different to just hopping on a Gryphon. It was something else entirely

Dragon flying looks cool but the camera still moves like we are playing in 2004...
Funny how you mention that regular flying mounts are more like swimming through the air, because... as far as the game is concerned, that's what you're doing. The same physics that apply to swimming in water are the same physics that apply to flying mounts, just without a waterplane. As far as the WoW game engine is concerned, anyways, and it looks like dragonriding is going to be a welcome change of pace.

These, they are close, but that lack of smooth turning and seems like it's just still you go wherever you're facing, so looks a little janky when turning, and less realistic. Has some of those momentum mechanics. Still.. I will be giving Dragonflight a go.
Dragon riding is neat but it's the end game that needs to improve to keep me going. More things to do than instanced queuing dungeons/raiding/BGs/arenas. Player Housing would be a start, per account. Maybe an actual Guild Hall? Also just overall more things that feel meaningful to get, that will last, besides transmogs and achievements.

@@dabillya6845 WoD's garrison is lackluster. Some place we can actually call home. Leave something like a Garrison to something for Guilds to advance, not just a single player. And make it something that will LAST. And not just be ditched at the next expansion.
I LIKE hovering. And I like the old way to flying. This is all good and all but when the 'oh cool' novelty runs out, it will be more of a hassle than the easy and simple way it is now. Just increase the speed and fixed.
I like being able to hover and figure something out or goto the bathroom....and that 'swoosh' wind sound , again after the novelty runs out, is going to be annoying as all hell whens its ALWAYS there.

Beks' boat runs on suffering
Dragon riding seems fun but it doesn't really make sense to me that you can't just fly up. Like they're dragons, why would flying up to a mountain be a challenge they can't overcome?

Think of it like how to train your dragon.
Flying has been locked behind achievements for every expansion since MoP, you will probably be able to fly up with a dragon and definitely with regular flying mounts when you get the pathfinder achievement. Getting a mount that can glide this early in the expansion is pretty new though
feels like all of WoWs best features are yoinked from more creative mmos :D anyway, dragon riding looks fun.

Dont forget the new profession system, it is a bad and watered down copy of FFXIV profession system.

This video hyped me more for Dragonflight than any official ad. I wasn't negative on the expansion, but neutral. But now I actually want to play, not just wait and see what happens.
Also, for me the Dracthyr look way better in action and I want to try them out and fly around as one.

Beks will have a whole backstory with a long legendary quest.
Soooo... if I remember correctly, Sindragosa died during the 1st Legion invasion with the whole breaking-the-world-apart follow up... then Arthas raised her corpse to serve him as a guard dog in Icecrown Citadell... and now she's supposed to be alive and kicking? ... ... If this is what you call a lackluster story, I dont what to say... Unless, it says "Simulacrum" under her name so maybe she is dead... und this is just a copy because... reasons?? Yes, I'm a lore person, always have been, always will be... but if this is how they treat lore these days, I'm out -.- Again.
Dragonflight is... yes, it looks cool but I've already experianced it in Guild Wars 2, with both Griffin and Skyscale. With the difference that the griffin, having speed after diving, can pull up again to almost the same hight where you started. I suppose thats also possible in WoW, since they copied the system, but maybe its an advanced trait? It looks cool, its a fun system, and you're right: its the first time Blizz introduced something really groundbreaking in their game. Its just sad that this new feature is copied from another game...
If you only started having problems with the lore now. Dont call yourself a lore person.
@@Soulatheunholy ... Where do I say I had problems just "now"? Its been since at least Cata or Pandaria -.- It was just easier back then to shrugg it off and to continue like the flaws werent there, especially since the game itself was still fun. But BfA broke that balance.
Except guild wars are kind of meh in other aspects.
