Thanks for making this video! I just ordered a Skytech Chronos from Microcenter (my only option for getting a 3070) and now I feel great about my purchase. Although it's more expensive now, I still consider it a deal since it's nearly impossible to get any RTX 3000 series cards at msrp right now.

It'll be well worth it once you get the rig settled and start in on some games. I paid a premium for my 3080 ($1,440 CDN) and it certainly does not disappoint.

I was a little worried buying a prebuilt computer from all the horror stories of loose components smashing the system in shipping, or just really bad assembly/quality control. But after keeping an eye on GPU stocks and prices I knew that this was pretty much the only way to get a RTX 3000 series card for near MSRP. I am really happy I ended up buying the system when I did. Not too long after the prices started to go insane (placed the order on Jan 9th.)
The system arrived 100% intact and after doing a thorough inspection the ONLY issue is that one of the Noctua fan clips came loose, which was a 2 second fix. Overall 100% satisfied with my purchase. As for my Quality Technician seems to be KW, so thanks.
Here's a list of the parts and prices,
    Mark IX
    • Case Size: Medium Tower
    • CPU: Intel Core i9 10900K $579.00
    • Case: InWin 303, White $90.00
    • CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-U12A $99.00
    • Fans: 4x, InWin Addressable RGB $40.00
    • Thermal Paste: Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut 11.5W/(m-K)
    • Motherboard: ASRock Z490 Phantom Gaming 4 $149.99
    • Memory: 32GB DDR4 3600MHz Standard Gaming Memory $160.00
    • Graphics: GeForce RTX 3080, 10GB GDDR6X **NEW** $800.00
    • Primary Drive: 500GB M.2 NVMe (Brand Varies) $80.00
    • Secondary Drive: None
    • Power Supply: 850 Watt Gold $149.00
    • Wi-Fi: 802.11ac Built-In
    • Operating System: Windows 10 Home, 64-Bit (Standard) $109.00
    • Build & Ship Speed: Standard Build & Ground Shipping (3-4 Weeks) $150.00
    • Warranty: 1-Year Warranty (Parts, Labor and Shipping), Lifetime Tech Support
    Total - $2,405.99

Just bought a Skytech Chronos with an Intel 11700f and a Gigabyte Aorus RTX 3070 Master (with a cood LCD screen). They listened!!! The front plastic white paint matches the metal. The cable management was well done. The glass panel now is attached to the metal frame and it slides back when you unscrew it making it easy to take off. No bent screws. XMP profiles were set to 3200 like advertised. It was well assembled. Only thing that it's lack is the Mobo as it's a Gigabyte B560 DS3H AC-Y1 which has no Bios updates on the website as it'snomly available to the company that prebuilds it. Also the SSD Sata brackets don't have screws to attach an extra additional SSD to nor an extra SATA cable to add another SSD. The PSU seems decent but swapping it out for a Thermaltake 750w GOLD and the ram for 32GB of Corsair. I'll also be swapping out the network card as it only used Bluetooth 4 and the wifi speeds are kinda slow. Will be getting an Intel Wifi 6 card.

The Chronos is currently on sale at Newegg. This particular version has the AMD Ryzen 3700x - Radeon RX 6700 XT - 16GB DDR4 3200 - 1TB SSD - B550M MB - 750W Gold PSU - 4 ARGB Fans - AC WiFi - Windows 10 Home. Originally $2400 they have it listed at $1799. Also comes with a free 350 dollar monitor.
Im currently on an Alienware Aurora r5 with an intel I7 processor and an gtx 1070 GC. Im more than likely going to capitalize on this sale based on this video. Thanks for the extra information friend, you have earned a like.

So I thought that I’d provide an update on my system and experience with it after owning one for about three months now! Mine came with the ASRock b550 mother board, PNY RTX 3070, and the Ryzen 7 3700x. Honestly I would rate the pc out of the box about a 7.5/10! And honestly would be higher but the market for GPUs right now is just ridiculous, so just on cost alone that brought it down a few points! However, it’s actually a very good pc, I run it pretty hard and I am able to stream and play games such as Warzone in 1440p with minimal frame dropping! I usually average around 125-130 frames while streaming and a consistent 144 while not streaming! I did however do a slight overclock to the GPU and replaced the CPU fan with a water cooler, not that it needed it but that was my preference! I also added 2tb mass storage for videos, games, ect., while in doing so I had to go into the bios and fine tune some things that were my preference as well, I also had to adjust some of the operating system settings to meet my needs! This should be given for anyone though thinking of building or buying a pc!
All in all the pc operates very smoothly, I’ve never had it crash on me and has been reliable! Out the box it was packaged very well, and the wire management was very neat, I checked for any loose connections or screws and couldn’t find one. I can say I was very nervous about dropping that kinda cash on a prebuilt, but overall I’m very satisfied with my purchase, and I am also think of buying another for my business! I hope this helps if anyone has any questions please feel free to reach out!

I just bought one of this at a local BestBuy. I have been off Desktops since 2000!! So I am completely out lost in the LaLa land. I don't even know if what I bought is good or not, BUT... paid 2800 US$ for it, 32GB, RTX 3070, Intel i7 ( I thought Intel left the field few years ago,... guess I was wrong), Power 850 (something). Also bought a 37 " screen with NVIDIA something, at 165 Hz or something. WHY I bought it over BestBuy??? If anything goes wrong, I just return it after a 30 minutes drive. NO headaches !! The machine is A BEAST. In love with it.

I have same pc. Works great price is how he says. I dislike people saying they up charging people to much as a prebuilt. When a company gives you a done computer right out the box that would cost you 100$ more than you making it yourself. I don't see the problem at all. The value I have seen with this company is worth it 100% for me to tell anyone looking for a pc to buy from them. There no point to build yourself if you just looking for a basic quick and good gaming pc. If you want something more for you. Than build yourself. But it going to cost your same or even more.

Skytech will hopefully be out of business soon for what appears to be shady business practices by other reviewers. I've watched reviews where motherboards that arrived was not the same mother board shown in ad photos. Also, computers come missing fans which were both in ad photos and listed in the item description. Finally, reviews stated contacting this company can be a nightmare. It gives the appearance that the company uses decent GPU and video card to sell computers but the rest of the components are subpar to bring down the costs. It may be a numbers thing to Skytech where they make more money off customers that don't know any better and don't realize they didn't get what they paid vs. the computer literate customers that realized what was being done and returned their computers. Just my two cents from reviews I've watched on Skytech so research it yourself so you don't get ripped off.
