This how to stream with Streamlabs OBS tutorial took me more than 2 full weeks to make so I really hope it's bringing value to you! We are going over the Streamlabs settings as well as the stream graphics and stream alerts. We're doing the alerts inside of Streamlabs OBS but sometimes this can give problems. If so, you can do them on the Streamlabs website, copy the url you get on top of the page (after saving) and add them in a 'browser source' in Streamlabs OBS. @@TheVideoNerd Hey man Im having an issue where the stream is not using the bit rate i chose like i set my bit rate at 4500 but when I got to my stream is saying the stream is displaying at 1080p instead of 760p
@@egological4271 I don't know if he has answered you, but maybe the problem is in the video section. There you just have to put 1280x720. I honestly have no idea, but it may be that.

You definitely deserve more subs. This is the FIRST time that a title saying COMPLETE TUTORIAL actually does what it says. I used the streamlabs overlay and thanks to you i managed to tweak them for my needs. One issue i'm having is that when I start streaming the in-game league client, i get a massive FPS drop from about 40 or 50 to 4 or 5. Not too sure why there. Any ideas?
if your components are fine and up to snuff for streaming, check your bitrate and quality of your stream. You can also go to the CPU preset and change it so its using less of your CPU. It might also be just an incompatibility with streamlabs. I was trying to stream Heroes and Generals the other week and I was dropping frames in my stream left and right.

Something I found out about Streamlabs OBS is that it automatically updates the files you have in there if you make any changes to them in Photoshop. I put on an overlay and realized I should probably put my other contacts on the bottom and as I saved the file in Photoshop to replace the old one it changed it in Streamlabs OBS as well. Very convenient.
