Several year old article about how goku can beat superman "if goku drops superman to the earth from the moon it would kill superman"
Superman: survives a blast strong enough to destroy an entire solar system.

These - not because of the feats themselves but because Superman fans have deliberately misinterpreted them for years - either by using small scans so that you cannot read what’s stated in-panel or by leaving out preceding and subsequent scans which show the full context or by playing grammatical gymnastics. What Superman fans claim and what’s stated in canon are two entirely different things - as you will see in the other answers to this question! None of these are, in fact, high-end feats.

    1. PC Superman Did Not Tank Kepler's Supernova. Action Comics 847 (2007)
After Superman saves an alien fighter that is attempting stop the sun-eater, the alien explains "My payload is an entropy bomb. Detonated inside the sun-eater, it should destroy it."
As the alien's ship was damaged in the attack, Superman flies the entropy bomb into the sun-eater while being bombarded by red sun radiation, which has the opposite effect of a yellow sun i.e. it weakens him. As the bomb hits Superman's father recounts the incident.
"The explosion was about fifty times the size of Kepler's supernova. The electromagnetic shock wave came rushing towards Clark at the speed of light. Right behind it was an expanding ball of radiation that would have incinerated Clark as soon as it touched him. I don't know if the boy’s usually faster than light, but that day he was tired. He wasn't going to make it. Fortunately that day he didn't have to".
The radiation was BEHIND the electromagnetic shockwaves. It clearly stated he would have been incinerated had they touched him, which they obviously didn't.
    2. PC Superman Did Not Lift Infinite Weight. JLA The Spectre Soul War 1 (2003)
Spectre: "They're (Superman and Wonder Woman) two of the mightiest beings in the Universe and yet the weight of my unconscious form was nearly too much for them. The Spectre's body you see is composed of consciousness. A cosmic consciousness that contains eternity itself. And eternity is heavy."
Eternity is a measure of time. It does not have a weight, nor does a conscious, which is a spiritual concept. There's no context to the weight other than it being heavy and the fact that the strain caused Hal Jordan to collapse.
    3. PC Superman Did Not Tank A Supernova. Action Comics 867 (2008)
Superman is on the planet Larroo. Brainiac blows up the nearest star to that planet, near being relative as stars are millions of miles away from planets. There’s nothing to suggest in-panel that the planet Larroo is anything but a typical planet. Larroo is destroyed by the supernova's blast. A supernova is the death of a star, Superman wasn't ON the star, he was millions of miles away.
    4. PC Superman Did Not Move A Solar System. Trinity 2 (2008)
    How big is a star?
Size of Stars - Universe Today
As you probably can guess, our Sun is an average star. Stars can be bigger than the Sun, and stars can be smaller. Let’s take a look at the size of stars.
The smallest stars out there are the tiny red dwarfs. These are stars with no more than 50% the mass of the Sun, and they can have as little as 7.5% the mass of the Sun. This is the minimum mass you need for a star to be able to support nuclear fusion in its core.
That dwarf star was so small it sat inside METROPOLIS, it was barely bigger than the skyscraper.
    Superman "Dwarf planets"
Superman "It's as if the whole system warped in at microscopic size."
    5. PC Superman Did Not Lift Infinite Weight. Final Crisis Superman Beyond 1 & 2 Book Feat (2008)
Superman and Shazam travel to the Library of Limbo to read a book housed in a sphere which details all the histories in the DCU, at a time when there were 52 multiverses. They read the book in order to learn how to escape Limbo.
Superman: "A book with an infinite number of pages occupying the same space"," this contains every book possible!".
(Superman and Shazam attempt to take the book to a spaceship)
Superman: "The Ultima Thule's onboard computer has infinite memory capacity"
Shazam: "Which means it could read every page of the book at once.".
When attempting to move the book pages start falling out and they drop it. The book reads itself.
Every book possible is a finite number of books, not an infinite number of books. There is no context to the weight.
In an attempt to show some context we can try to determine the weight of all the books on Earth.
Google: There Are 129,864,880 Books in the Entire World
How many books have ever been published in all of modern history? According to Google's advanced algorithms, the answer is nearly 130 million books, or 129,864,880, to be exact.
All the books possible on Earth is 130 million books. How much does an average book weigh?
Average Weight of A Paperback Book / Hardcover Book
    The heaviest paperback weights 1lb 5oz = 0.60kg
    The heaviest hardback weighs 1lb 15oz = 0.88kg
And the average number of copies of each book that are printed is only 5000.
Everything You Wanted to Know about Book Sales (But Were Afraid to Ask) - Electric Literature
If we say all the books in the World have the weight of the heaviest hardback that means they were lifting 114400000 kg or 114,400 tonnes (0.88 x 130 million).
IF we say there are a 100,00 copies of every book ever published (which is a high estimate) that's 114,400 x 100,000 = 11440000000 or eleven billion four hundred forty million. Multiply that by 52 universes and you still haven’t got close to the weight of the Earth (594880000000 or five hundred ninety-four billion eight hundred eighty million.
    - If Superman could lift infinite weight he would not have needed the help of Wonder Woman and Kyle Rayner to lift Spectre (JLA The Spectre Soul War 1)
    - If Superman could lift infinite weight he would not have needed the help of Wonder Woman, Martian Manhunter and Kyle Rayner to move the Earth (JLA 75)
    - If Superman could lift infinite weight he would not have needed to sun-dip in order to move Warworld (Action Comics 782)
    - Spectre was heavier than the book as it took three Justice League members to move him
    - The Earth was also heavier than the book and Spectre as it took four Justice League members to move it
Besides all that, Ultraman lifts the book by himself! Is he twice as strong as Superman? No, that has never been established.
The most damning evidence against this mythical feat comes from the same author, Grant Morrison, in the same book! In issue 1, Superman fails to hold a planet, Earth 51.
Superman “2,327,694,748 human lives. In my hands. Now Earth-17 rolls beneath me, burning with radioactivity and hope. Can’t hold it any longer.”
    6. PC Superman Did Not Survive Entropy. Superman 594 (2001) & Superman The Man of Steel 116 (2001)
After Imperiex, who has the power of entropy, atomises Doomsday, he turns his attention to Superman. Superman survives, thanks to Darkseid, who uses a boom tube to save him.
“The Kryptonian has himself this day faced death and felt its breath. Before Imperiex he fell but was spared the killing blow”.
    7. Rebirth Superman Did Not Destroy A Multiverse. Justice League 25 (2019)
Superman knocked down the World Forger and needed to be amped by six suns in order to do it. He did not destroy a Multiverse. It’s not as impressive a feat as many implied. Here’s DC’s associate editor on the feat:
hey on Justice league issue #25 is superman didn't destroy the multiverse or 6thdimension. What does this image represent. Thanks for the response in advance
