Hey brother, great video/s and love the car. Just purchased a 2019 for myself. What diameter pipes you use for the muffler delete? Really love the sound and would love to do the same
amazing ride!! since you've had both f30 and f32 440 chassis, what are some of the differences in terms of performing handling? IYO whats the better track car?
Nice build, i also have a B58 6 speed, (M140i). You said you have upgraded the clutch, but did you any mods to the transmission/gearbox it self? Mine is MHD Stage 1 remapped
beautiful car bro, I've been really thinking about getting a 440, i come from an infiniti platform really been deciding whether to go b58 or vr30 q60, can i get your opinion brother.
What tuner, tuning platform, PI controller and flex fuel setup do you use? I have mhd, looking to find a tuner that will actually respond lol (I reached out to Shoup months ago). I plan to go PI with flex fuel analyzer with my DAW ultra installed
Hey man I love your videos, I’m looking into getting a 340i this summer so your videos have been really helpful! I just have one quick question tho: If you bought the car new, why didn’t you spec the m-sport brakes?
@@kern417 thats great. Im trying to stay near 500-550 so thinking 550i clutch should work for me. Is there an easy to figure out what clutch my car has installed without taking everything a part? Car was previously tuned so it’s possible the previous owner already had a clutch installed. Want to make sure before i order a new one
do you wish you got the m4 instead? i’m looking at 25-30k for a 440i to buy within the next 6 months. but i also see m4 going for 35-40k with 50-60k miles. granted the m4 is around 2015-2016 where as the 440i is at least 2017+.
Very cool setup. No LSD though? Also, did you look into reinforced rear subframe mounts? I went with the Millway solid subframe mounts in the rear because I track my car, but they also make the car much more fun and responsive on the road.
@@universalg_ Under 300€ here in Europe. But installation is a half day job since you need to drop the subframe, press out the rubber bushings and press in the solid ones. 100% worth though imo, the car handles much more predictable and slides are much easier to catch and control. LSD and solid subframe mounts will make a non-M BMW handle much more like a true sportscar, and much closer to real M cars.
@@Ultrabenbooyah I was planning on getting a wavetrec lsd as I’ve heard it’s the best one that acts like the m performance, no maintenance, and it’s good for straight line racing
@@universalg_ I would always go for a Drexler LSD, like the M Performance. I have heard negative reviews about the Wavetrac, it will be nowhere as smooth and predictable as a Drexler diff. Just get the M Performance LSD. It's the cheapest way to get a proper drexler diff. I have that one myself. It's a perfect balance for sporty driving, and also works well on hard track driving with sticky rubber. Wear on drexler diffs is not bad at all. If you drive racetrack only on full slicks, it should be rebuilt from time to time, but the M Performance diff on a street car will last many years without issues. And even then, you can get it revised for a few 100€ at one of many diff builders.

That's a good deal tbh
Do you plan on doing any current videos on this car in particular!?
Didn’t know you had your own moat around your garage to!😮
😬

can i run this tire/setup on my x drive 440? if not do you know what to run that’s similar fitment that’s okay for the transmission?
Would really like to you post some more driving style pov videos 🙌🏻🔥

Love all the mods man is your car stock internals?
yep
600 HORSEPOWER JESUS CHRIST!!! And here I am about to get my stage 1 tune 🥸🥸. Btw what do you think I should go with, BM3 or MHD ?
Nice build ! Quick question : what the max power possible on DS2 and full E85 on stock turbo ? Thx !!!
500ish whp

Did you pick her up for cash or are you doing payments? I wanna get one but idk if I should keep saving to pay with cash or not
I did payments. With interest rates nowadays taking out a loan doesn't make as much sense, but it really just depends on your financial situation.
Are you running waste gates? Or using the the stock diverter ?
Diverter and wastegate are two different things. There is no diverter valve and i use the oem wastegate for boost control

Because i planned on upgrading the suspension brakes anyway and the 340mm brakes perform well

Thank you 🙏🏾
xdrive or rwd? Is the rwd drivetrain stronger?
Rwd is stronger yes. It has beefier axles
Hows to 550i clutch holding up on that power? Any slippage?
so far so good

How is the ride quality of the KW V1? I’m looking into suspension but have some back issues and am looking for comfort at close to stock as possible.
It's very good. They also sell Street Komfort that will be softer than the V1s
