Usher my age ( I was a competitive dancer and choreographer during 4 -21 , Nursing School). Grew up with all eclectic music thanks to our daddy, passion my family first ( my two 20 plus year old daughter’s 1 is also a Nurse ICU NURSE as myself and other is Nurse for Veterans which daddy was when he came to America 6 years after her got here from Sicily . Learned all types of music but we loved R&B dance music the most. This collaboration is fire and vocals are awesome. Usher’s dance style is smooth and truly who he is while Jung Kook is intensive see his Army boots . Godspeed to Jung Kook and some of the other’s who serving in the Army in Korea now ( See you in 2025 ). Btw Usher has a New Album coming out in February and remix of “ Standing Next to You “!!! February 11th Usher will be preforming at halftime. Jung Kooks Mentor is USHER ( seen Usher many times in concert 🎶 the vocals and dancing are influenced by MJ as is Jung Kooks being he loves Usher.🥰💃🔥🎩👠❤️🇮🇹🇺🇸💪🏻🪘👠🕺🏻
So glad you got to this! The fact that Jungkook got to do a song with Usher, who BTS idolizes, is such a highlight. They really blended well. Usher is still doing his thing after 30 years in the business and we already know BTS members always bring it, as Jungkook did. One thing, you missed Jungkook doing the "Peace up, A-town down" that Usher usually does in his songs. There are several really cute behind the scenes TikToks that you should check out for fun. 71 year old Army here. Hi guys! Usher danced with MJ back in 2001 and because of MJ's heavy influence on JK and the rest of BTS, it is only fitting that he perform with Usher, another big favorite of the group. Obviously this is a dream come true for JK, and I am so happy for him. This was the last thing he released due to the 18 month military enlistments of the last four on Dec 11 & 12. However, they have prepared a lot of content for us. Already, Umi has released a collab with V and Jimin also released a new song. Also, it is predicted that there will be 2 or 3 members releasing albums this year! Jin gets out of the military in June and J-hope in October, so a new album also expected from Jin as well. Possibly J-hope a few months after his release in Oct. There is a lot to look forward to heading toward their planned World Tour reunion in 2025. BTW, this shorter haircut was the last before it was shaved due to military enlistment. He said a few months ago that he would gradually cut it shorter before the enlistment date and he did exactly that. Remember to watch Usher's Super Bowl halftime performance, and his new album drops about then too! I wish you guys a great 2024!!! 💜
