      Yea its 9:30 pm here while watching is vid, i was just about to sleep, perfect timing. So i do feel anxiety at night and just after waking up but i reply to my mind as i am totally okay with it and happy, so it goes away after some time. Thanks for the video, very helpful !

      And also mine is kinda opposite my anxiety is highest in morning and gets low and low till night. But now-a-days my anxiety is really reduced after doing what you said in your vids.

      @@ihatepeople5649 for me, i quickly isolate myself and focus on any other thing than that which made me angry, and i always try to forgive people as much as possible...

      Absolutely, I'm alone with myself and my thoughts. Dwelling on litterly everything, wish I had this at 13 years old I'm 20 now

      @@Nicole-ld6ev not really beside my mother who is kinda understand me she also have bad anxiety when she's young worse than me but she completely heal now i think my thoughts just the biggest reason from my anxiety so I trying to calm and I'm trying meditation 🧘‍♀️ right now even just fron yt meditation channel I hope I will get better thank for asking ❤🙏how about u, are ur anxiety still comes right now

    I just want to say. You are hands down the best therapist there is for OCD. You truly get what OCD is! After finding your page a month or two ago; finally I have techniques that actually feel like its working! Slowly, but I rather that then not progressing at all! I love you, from the bottom of my heart. Youre amazing.

    I’ve noticed that my anxiety gets worse whenever I’m alone and it’s awful. Every activity I used to love while I was alone is so hard to do without harm, real event, sexual orientation, and magical thinking ocd ruining my life.

    Recently started having night anxiety about the future and losing those close to me, ive never experienced losing someone yet but it really scares me to think about. Your video really helped me calm down in the moment and I’ll finally be able to get some well deserved rest!

    I had terrible insomnia my entire life, and I finally just recently got over it. I'm not exactly sure how I got rid of it, but I am forever beyond grateful. I hope anyone struggling with it can some day not have to deal with it anymore.

      Avery Sanders -I too have had insomnia my entire life. I am getting there with this letting go business but still get triggered. I also follow Ali Greymond & Sleep Coach School. Your words are v inspiring -any more detail on what you actually did would be fantastic :)

      @@lucylight176 I wish you luck on recovering from your insomnia! I'm not exactly sure what I did to get better, but I got better when I started reading a book every night before bed. Get all ready beforehand, and then I read until I couldn't open my eyes any longer. When I stopped reading, the insomnia was practically gone! I hope that's somewhat helpful!

I think main thing for me is getting my focus of energy back from micro-managing my thoughts in the night wch basically IS my insomnia and bringing it back to core self-worth, if that makes sense and certainly nice calm earlyish routine with book would be part of that :)

    I've been having anxiety about real event ocd that I'm not even sure about. I've been fighting a compulsion to start confessing because that can start straining relationships. This is something from years ago that I haven't thought about for years that popped up closer in the evening. I used to take medication that would help but it was the kind of medication that just causes problems in the long run that's no longer an option

    Especially for all the super sensitive people out there (like myself 😉😊) all the steps above PLUS a Bluetooth Headband. Choose your own relaxing sound, for me personally rain and thunder makes me fall asleep in approximately 3min 😊 and my partner who shied away from the band loves it now 😊 he has sleep apnea btw 🙃

    You can actually get a color filter on iPhone, don’t know about android tho.
    But you can choose a red color filter, it helps not disturbing your melatonin levels in your brain, because it’s much different from the night shift setting, because instead of removing some of the harmful blue light it removes all the blue light from your phone screen. And it doesn’t mean you just can watch videos before night time, read something instead. I’m reading light novels and manga on my phone, so that setting helps, so you still can look at your phone. At least it’s a lot cheaper than going out to buy a lot of books :)

    I woke up cause of anxiety attack a minute before an air alarm started, now I'm searching in youtube How to calm down like if it's gonna help me now😄

    I don’t know what happen to me. I used to be normal. I used to fall as sleep easily. I used to not worry. Now every single tip of my body feels like giant. I’m worried about anything. If I felt a little dizzy, I already diagnosed my self with multiple sickness. I don’t know what’s going on. I’m in the country where medication and check up is too expensive. I got my blood presumed checked ! and I was fine. Got my ct scan result and I was fine. I got blood work and I was fine. I don’t know what do to anymore. I’m tired.

      Thank you for sharing this. I know it's an old comment but that really resonated with me. I always feel like I'm dying at nighttime and it always feels so real. I start freaking out and mistake anxiety symptoms for symptoms of my disorder. I hope you're finding more peace

But now I've been a little better and understood that m not the only one who's dealing with anxiety. This rlly helped me calm down and listen to others and knowin that m not alone :).
