Pro tutorial: get a friend and make a code so you know if it is them saying it, you also need sanity tracker which you can find in the lab in the bunker, in order to get to the lab you need to look around the bunker for letters and they will have a number somewhere on them. Find 4 and put them in order, and then enter the code near the coded door which is to the right when you go down a set of stairs in the bunker at the top, and then follow the notes that say "don't go" and it will bring you to the lab where you can get insanity tracker. And then wait till it gets zero when it gets zero do not die, wait for a little bit in the bunker and then your screen will shake and your screen will fill up with words saying "the end is coming" then after that you get the badge. (Edit you can't do it in private servers)
