After getting it shiuld be at 70 or 60 then wait in a box if its kills you just restart and the sanity will be saved. Go in a box and wait. The reading constructions angred me but i eventually got it. Plus theres a skeleton saying "THE END IS COMING" all over ur screen. Then my screen got inverted and got the badge. I rejoined and i got it!
ALSO for people who die going up stairs and that I recommend going backwards Because there’s a bug that kills you if u spam jump And you spam jump going upstairs

So wait a skeleton on ur screen is supposed to pop up then you get the badge?
I got checker to 0 and my screen is blue and I resetted and i didnt see the toxin-psv2 in my loadout.
