We went vegan . I give my autistic son broccoli everyday and he has been getting so much better with speech and letting me know what he wants . I highly recommend it.
I used to be Vegan but had issues with my digestion system and had other symptoms which I thought were just me. I went Carnivore on a hunch about 6 months ago, all my symptoms went away within a month, I feel stronger and actually look younger now. I wouldn't go back anymore. Also Vegan would give me horrible gas, I no longer have that issue.
I've been thinking of doing carnivore, but I'm scared I'll have trouble with my electrolytes and staying hydrated. I eat carbs now and try to get enough greens in but still struggle with proper potassium retention.
@@kubra_sultan Yes definitely gotta keep a water bottle on hand and get your salt intake right. It takes some time getting used to this diet. Can be a little weird at first but the benefits I got from it are worth it. I feel younger and look younger too and also stronger in the gym. Blood Pressure also went down I forgot to mention that.
Vegan is a very wide statement, The question is what did you eat, wholefood plantbased diet with that included all the foods? You can eat VERY unhealthy ever if you are vegan, eg processed foods, sugary drinks, sweets etc
This comment puts veganism in a bad light... You didn't say how long you tried and how slow you transitioned, how much water you drank, If there's any intollorences you checked for and most importantly vegan doesn't equal healthy. Whole food plant based is healthy. Fruitarian is not. Raw vegan depends on the way you execute it and so on. Slow transition is always important, espiacally if you have not been eating much fibre YOUR GUT BIOME NEEDS TO ADJUST and that can take longer for some than others.
Thank you. I will try everyday to give my son.

So will giving him broccoli sprouts soup benefit him? Is it okay to add potatoes or other veggies to the soup
Might be metal toxicity
Excellent information. Thank you
green smoothies is the easiest way to get broccoli i use frozen and add some fruit or oats to make it taste good.
Are there certain brands that are good? If so, which ones?
❤

Hi Elena, maybe one day you will launch without lactose without gluten culinary book ❤.....😊
Interesting idea
SO is it ASD or a gut biome disabled, nutrition compromised child?
Sure because you will fart so much other people will stay away. Social problems solved 😝
There is actual science on this, real studies, by real people wanting better. Read more please.
so this begs the question.... are you on the spectrum or do you just need to eat better?
feed your child chevre goat cheese and cantaloupe everyday for 2 weeks.... tell me what you see
Can you explain the benefits please?
