Idk about the 120 fps thing, at the lowest settings, including turning down the resolution all the way, I only got 50, and is constantly froze

For me, two mods were broken
These mods have question marks for profile pictures, I uninstalled these and reinstalled them with the ingame mod loader. It seems to work fine now!

@@youvebeengamed7019 The main settings change I might have over you is that I’ve got Quest Optimizer for my Q3. There’s a performance profile just got QuestCraft that I automatically applied.

I might hold off from installing this update since there are others here saying it’s bugged for them so when it’s ironed out I hope this is amazing

Do you have any recommendations on mods, shaders or in game settings to improve visual quality and game performance
I found I needed to turn up the gamma to 20% or so. And it seems like the render distance can go higher that 3. Though curious to this question as well.

You will need to own Minecraft Java/Bedrock on your Microsoft account. You may be able to manage that without a PC-but the best place to go for help is the QC Discord: discord.com/invite/questcraft

I'm not sure how to really explain this but when I press the "Sideload now" button, it starts downloading, finishes...then nothing happens. I get an error saying it failed updating the game but I've never even installed. How/Where can I check the files so I can delete this old version the app is talking about?

As for deleting the files, if you have the SQ desktop app, you can connect your Quest and use our file manager to delete them. If you don't have our desktop app, choose the Advanced Installer here: sidequestvr.com/setup-howto

same thing was happening to me bc i bought java and never set up a java account. So after buying java login as if u were abt to play it (doesnt matter the device) and then u have to make a username and then it should let u past the code verify stage
