I do your workouts everyday now! It helps get me off the couch, I have my yoga mat right next to the TV and just stream it. In the mornings it's hard to get moving but telling myself I have to turn this on and watch (even if that's all I do) always gets me off the couch and ready for the day. I could be watching a 30 min TV show but instead I'm making healthy choices for me mentally and physically and it's only because you provide FREE awesome workouts! Also your commentary makes it feel like I'm not alone in feeling sore or tired but you're still working out despite the icks so why shouldn't I? Thanks so much

I have been diagnosed with a severe lower back injury, which is pretty frustrating as a dancer, but since I've been doing your core series and barre for dancers classes for the past two weeks, the pain has been way more manageable, and I feel stronger, thanks to you! So thank you for all these great workouts bringing as well your beautiful personality and sense of humour, starting my mornings with you has been such a blessing! I love it here! 💛
Can you in the future show modifications for the reverse plank? It’s hard for me to do and I would like to know an alternative exercise that still targets the same muscle groups
Brutal! But awesome. I do have a question for ya…I notice that one side of my abs works harder than the other and I’m trying to engage both sides but I feel like one pulls more than the other. How can I correct this?
