    Geez i could do with 33kg dm day growth right now
    Its really slow and dry here. Its green though just not enough moisture from recent rains.
    So im pretty envious of those green pastures im seeing 😏

      We have had some really good grass growth all season but things are definitely slowing down now with soil temperature dropping. Hopefully we should be able to build cover over the coming weeks to milk right through to June🤞

    Big operation you have mate, do you have a generator incase of power outages, youd wana make sure you can milk those big numbers on time morning and night everyday, cheers for the vid 👍

      Hi there and thanks for subscribing to our farm channel. Yes we have a big generator permanently set up next to the cow shed that is capable of running the entire dairy plant, stock water pumps, computer/drafting gates etc. I might put up a video at some stage showing how it operates👍

    Cool to see the operations of a large scale farm mate!, I’m from the Waikato milking 400 cows peak so 2500 is a few more haha, interested to know your role on the farm assuming your manager or contract milker? Great videos
